SOVELOR Ceiling Heater AER25 3N400V
INSTRUCTIONS OF ASSEMBLY FOR CEILING HEATER AER25 3N400V
Use
Heater designed to be used as a fixed unit, mounted on the ceiling or in high places, recirculating to the area below. For correct operation the unit should be operated with the remote electronic control model C19500.
Installation
- The air heater must be fixed with a welded mesh chain, it has 4 DIN580 eyebolts.
- Once fixed with the chains, the air heater must be levelled for correct operation [Fig.2]. Installation of the air-heater must be carried out in accordance with national authority regulations.

-
Check that the supply voltage is the same as the one specified on the characteristics label. Do not install the air-heater in places where there is risk of fire, explosion, etc. Important: Do not prevent free circulation of air by objects totally or partially covering the air-heater, as there is risk of over-heating.
-
Leave an obstacle-free area around the air-heater, for air to circulate freely [Fig.2].
-
Try to ensure that the air heater heats the air uniformly in the required area
-
Direct the air outlet towards a free space [Fig.1].
-
Do not install the air-heater under or near an electrical socket
-
The supply lead cable must not be left in the air-outlet or in contact with hot areas of the air heater
-
The air-heater is supplied from the factory ready for connection to a three-phase main supply with: Neutral and earth 3N~400V. Important: the three-phase main supply must be protected at source against over-intensities and shortcircuits.Supply lead: SOVELOR recommends flexible lead of minimum quality type H-07- RN-F.Connecting air-heater: Remove the cover of the connections [Fig.3], leaving the wires accessible.

- Connect the power and control cables through the corresponding wire feed [Fig.4]. Power: Connect the supply lead to the block as follows: 3 power phases R, S, T to the block terminals 1 neutral to block terminal N. 1 earth wire, to block terminal see connection diagram and [Fig.4]. Important: check that the electrical connection screws are properly tightened, with a 2Nm minimum torque
Command: Connect the control ACC1801 to the air-heater.
Interconnect terminals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the air-heater with the same
numbered terminals of the ACC1801 control. Cable 6×1 mm2. See diagram and
[Fig.4]-
Safety: The air-heaters are fitted with a temperature limiter which
disconnects if over-heating occurs, reconnecting the air heater when it cools
down. If this cycle repeats itself, disconnect the air-heater from the mains
and find out the reason for the failure (motor blockage, air-flow
obstruction), solve the problem and reconnect the unit. 1-minute timed halt of
the fan, to dispel the heat from the elements, preventing overheating when the
unit is turned off. This operation is carried out automatically, the timer
only operating with the heating steps.
Motor: With the voltage on, turn on the ventilation stage and make sure
the blades turn correctly.
COMMAND INSTRUCTIONS ACC1801
Functioning: The remote has the following buttons:
- Fan
- • Power step 1
- • • Total power
- [+ -] Temperature or time modification Unit
stopped: If the unit is connected to the main, without working, only two lines are shown on the display, indicating that the unit is ready to work.
-
Modification set temperature: Press button + to increase temperature and key –to lower it. The number flashes for 10 seconds and is automatically entered. Temperature range +5ºC +35ºC

Fan.
Press the fan button and the fan will come on without heating. By pressing the same button for a few seconds, we activate the timer, being able to select the time it is on from 1 to 9 hours. With button + to increase time and button – to reduce it.
The number flashes for 10 seconds and is automatically entered. -
Cancellation of timer. When the unit is switched off the timer is set to 0 hours. In the following operations if no option timer is selected then remains to 0 hours, otherwise is displayed the last timer time chosen.
-
1st power step.
● Press 1st power step button •.
● For temperature and time selection, follow the steps indicated above. Stoppage is timed for 1 minute to dispel heat from the elements. -
2nd speed total power
● Press 2nd step power button ••.
● For temperature and time
selection, follow the steps indicated above. Stoppage is timed for 1 minute to dispel heat from the elements. -
Modification system stop/start of ventilation. – Press button of ventilation nr.2, during 3 seconds, then it will appear display’s timer. Push again button nr.2 till it displays nr. 0 or nr.1 Modify ventilation option bymeans of buttons +/- Option 0, stop heaters and fan. Option 1, stop only heaters. The operation remains void after 5 seconds. The Factory configuration is option 1.
SWITCH OFF THE EQUIPMENT: To press the key that is on.
Maintenance: Disconnect the air-heater from the mains before any
maintenance operation. We recommend periodic cleaning of the 2 grids and
removing dust and dirt deposits, as often as necessary depending on the
working atmosphere. Check that the electrical terminals are properly
tightened.
Remarks: The temperature probe is located at the back of the air-heater.
When the unit is left on for a long time, the heat generated by it can modify
the temperature around the heater by about ~3ºC in relation to the room
temperature. Important: When it is time for the air-heater to be finally
turned off, this must be done from the control bottoms. Once the fan has
stopped, the unit can be turned off.
