COMPONENTS
- Lumbar area pillow
- Knee pads
- Buckle
- Adjustable band
INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1: sit down with your feet flat on the floor and place the pillow (1) on the lumbar area.
- Step 2: place the knee pads (2) with the foam part next to your knees and the buckles on the inside of your thighs.
- Step 3: fasten the buckle (3).
- Step 4: adjust and tighten the bands (4), tighten them as much as you feel necessary.
- The Back Posture Trainer InnovaGoods® helps to stabilise the pelvis by restoring the natural curvature of the spine and it allows you to sit in a correct posture, keeping your back straight.
- Recommendation: start with a daily session of 15 minutes and progressively increase the time in order to develop your postural muscles.
WARNINGS
Clean the device with a slightly damp cloth. If you feel any pain, stop using the appliance. This device is not designed for use by children or people with physical and mental disabilities, unless they are fully supervised by an adult who is responsible for their safety.
