ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the attached assembly manual:
- A/B) Remove the bolts (9), open the structure to work more comfortably, and lock it again once open.
- C) Position the legs (1,2) and secure them with the screws. Make sure you install the non-slip feet (3) on the ends.
- D) Position the foams (4) on the tubes of the sliding carriage.
- E) Position the caps at the end of the foams.
- F) Position the handlebar and secure it with the screws. Position the foams.
- Insert an AA battery into the electronic counter (7), position it on the handlebar support (7), and plug the cable into the counter. The movement detector (8) is on the other end of the cable.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- To adjust the degree of resistance, remove the 2 bolts (9), adjust the inclination of the Folding Ab Machine InnovaGoods®, and position both of the bolts (diagram «Resistance»).
- Electronic counter functions: press the button to switch it on. Press the «MODE» button to choose between the functions STROKES/MIN (measures the repetitions per minute), COUNT (measures total repetitions), TIME (measures the workout time), CAL (measures the calories burnt), SCAN (displays the results of each of the functions sequentially for a few seconds). Press the «RESET» button to put the counter back to zero. The counter will automatically switch off after a period of inactivity.
- You can fold it to store it (diagram figure «Fold»).
WARNINGS
Start the exercises from the easier «Low» position and gradually increase the resistance as your body gets used to the workout. Do not try to do more intense exercises than your body can cope with. If you feel any discomfort when using the device, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not mix new and used batteries in the compartment. If you are not going to use the unit for a long period of time, remove the battery. Do not expose batteries to high temperatures or direct sunlight. Do not attempt to open them. do not dispose of them in fire, there is a risk of explosion. Clean with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products for cleaning. Do not immerse the appliance in liquid. Do not handle it with wet hands Do not use it near water or damp areas. Suitable for domestic use only. Use the device for its intended purpose only. Store the device in a dry, dust-free place. Do not leave the device unsupervised while in use. To avoid risks, do not use it if any parts are damaged, and do not attempt to disassemble or repair it. This device is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities unless they are supervised by an adult responsible for their safety. This device is not household waste. Please follow the environmental regulations in place for its recycling Always start with a short warm-up of the muscles and finish with a light session of stretching. For safety, keep a distance from furniture and walls when doing the exercises. It is important to maintain the right body position while doing the exercises. Base your training program on your physical condition. Doing an inadequate warm-up or exercises which are too intense for your physical condition can cause damage or injuries. This appliance is not meant for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities unless they are under the supervision of an adult responsible for their safety. Discard the product in accordance with the European Directive 2002/96/EC. Enquire about your local recycling legislation for electrical and electronic products and follow these steps. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Following these instructions will help prevent harmful consequences to personal and environmental safety.
