INSTRUCTIONS

Thorough sharpening. Place the knife in the “COARSE” sharpening slot by lightly pressing down. Slide the knife blade back and forth. Repeat three to five times. Do not move the knife from one side to the other. This step is recommended every six months.

Fine-sharpening to remove small marks and polish knives. Place the knife in the “FINE” sharpening slot and perform the same movements as in the step
1. We recommend performing this step every week. -
For ceramic knives, perform step 2 only.

Two ways to sharpen:
Flat for straight blades of less than 15cm.
Supported in a corner with a transverse notch for larger knives and curved blades.
