PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING WHOLE OF INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for choosing our product. We are deeply convinced that it will meet your expectations. Please read this document beforefirst use. This manual is passed in order to provide the necessary information for the safe use of the device. The correct application of the recommendations will contribute significantly to extend the durability and aesthetics of the product. We want to emphasize that constantly we are trying to improve the quality of our products, which may result in minor changes that are not included in the manual.

Use

Walking aid designed for disabled people for those with locomotor disorders. Ideal for rehabilitation process and physiotherapy (verticalisation, lower limb relief). Contraindications to the upright position, injuries and dysfunctions of upper limbs preventing the patient from supporting themselves

  • The product is packed in folded position.
  • After unpacking the package, check if it contains all parts in accordance with the list of elements set out above.
  • Ensure that all components have no visible damage. If any doubts, please contact the manufacturer
  • In order to unfold the walker, should leaning its sides maximally outside till the moment of latching the blockade.(Illustration 3.)
  • Lock pin moving function placed on the reinforcing frame
  • Position of the lock pin moving function allows lock the moving function and walker folding
  • On the reinforcing frame are located Lock pin moving function. They are located in holes protecting to lose.(Illustration 4.)
  • In order to activate block moving function, should remove lock pin moving function from the reinforcing frame and place it in position block walk function. (Illustration 5.)
  • Activated lock of walk function prevents the execution of a walk movement and submission of walder frames.
  • For easy storage and transport, the walker can be folded.
  • To do that, should put lock pin moving function in the reinforcing frame.
  • Than push the submission button placed on the frame and fold side frames.
  • Release submission button. Walker should be folded to the position shown onthe Illustration 2.
  • Walker can be moved, held by side frames.

Safety of use

  • Before using the walker, refer to this manual and keep it for future reference.

  • Use of the product on the icy, wet,greasy, strongly gritty surfaces isunacceptable – it creates a risk of falling.

  • The walker should be used on even surfaces at an incline less than 5%.

  • Before each use of this product:

    • Perform visual inspection of all structural components of the product,
    • Carefully check the stability and condition of the support frame.
  • Do not use the walker in the case of any visible or perceptible damage (e.g. cracksin the frame). It may cause an accident.

  • The walker is designed for users with a maximum weight of 110 kg.

  • The walker is design to support one person, climbing and standing on the walker is strictly forbidden.

  • Do not leave the walker close to open sources of fire.

  • Be aware that the surface temperature of the elements may be increased after exposure to the sun or other heatsource.
    Furthermore, with low temperatures there is a danger of overcooling metalparts of walker. It may cause burns orfrostbite parts of the body.

  • It is inacceptable to use the walker after discovering any visible or detectable damages (e.g. broken frame) as it may lead to accident.k)All the repairs need to be performed by skilled personnel.

  • Do not exceed the maximum height.m)Keep walker with both hands simultaneously, in the direction of movement.

  • Make sure that the lock used to folding and unfolding the walker is working properly.

  • Manufacturer does not recommend making any walker modifications on their own, especially by assembling additional wheels because product is not equipped with brakes. It might cause a fall or serious injuries. The manufacturer will not take responsibility for such actions.

  • There is a risk of jamming fingers in the area for receipt of a walking frame

Everyday use and maintenance

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

  • Before using a walker, should adjusted tothe user’s height by telescopicallyadjustable feet length.
  • To do this, press the height adjustmentpin of the legs and depending on theneeds reducing the height of the legs orextend the leg (Illustration 6).
  • It is important to the length of all legswas the same (handles must be parallel tothe ground).
  • The handle should be at the height that will provide comfort and a sense ofsecurity for the user.

MOVING FUNCTION

  • The moving function is enabled when the pins lock are located in the reinforcing frame.•Please stand nearby walker, holding the handle with both hands.
  • In order to use the device, interchangeably lift up the walker’s lateral parts and move them forward and then put feet.

CONSTANT FUNCTION

  • In order to get walker constant function should remove the lock pin moving function from the rein forcing frame and putit in lock position walk function and walker folding (Illustration 5).
  • In order to use the walker constant function, lift it up, move forward and approach it.
  • In order to get the moving function orfold the walker, put lock pin in there inforcing frame.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Clean the walker frame with a damp cloth.
  • Remove contaminants on a regular basis
  • In order to maintain the walker’s parameters, it is very important to keepall elements clean and stored properly.
  • Storing the walker in damp places (baths, laundry rooms, etc.) or outdoors, combined with lack of hygiene will quickly degrade the performance and aesthetic.
  • Do not expose the walker on to extreme weather conditions (rain, snow very strong sun), because certain parts can change color.

You must not use:

  • solvents,
  • toilet detergents,
  • sharp brushes and hard objects,
  • detergents that contain chlorine,
  • corrosive detergents,

Do not clean the rollator with pressure or steam aggregates!

TECHNICAL REVIEW

  • The review should be carried outregularly, it should be preceded bythorough cleaning the rollator (so as toreveal any hidden damage.
