Tools needed: M8 hex key, 17mm wrenches, 19mm wrench Apply 1 to 2drops of oil/ lubricant (not included) to the tips of all screws pre- assembly.
Assembly
Step 1: Connect the front beam (A) and rear beam (B) using the connector plates (G) and socket head bolts (P). Only tighten loosely until all bolts are in place. Then, tighten ith an M8 Allen wrench. Do not over-tighten.
Step 2: Attach one angle foot (D) to the rear beam (B) using the rear foot spacer (H), M10x80 bolts (N), washers (Q), and nuts (R).Tighten securely with 17mm wrenches.
Step 3: Attach the winch post (C) to the front beam (A) using the M10x130 bolts (M), washers (Q), and nuts (R). This post may be set to the adjustment that best suits your eeds. Tighten securely with17mm wrenches.
Step 4: Attach the other angle foot (D) to the bottom of the winch post (C) using two M10x25 bolts (O), washers (Q), and nuts (R). Tighten securely with 17mm wrenches.
Step 5: Attach the winch handle (L-2) to the winch (L-1) by unscrewing the nut on the side of the winch, fitting the handle in place, then securely reattaching the nut with a 9mm wrench. Attach the winch assembly to the winch post using two M10x25 bolts (O), washers (Q), and nuts (R). Tighten securely with 17mm wrenches. Fit the end cap lug (K) into the end of the top of the winch post, using a rubber mallet to hammer it into place.
Step 6: Attach the wheels to the main body using the roller rods (F), wheels (I), and R clips (S). Fit the end of the roller rod with the smaller indent into a top larger hole, then slide it through the beam into the opposite bottom smaller hole. Fit the wheel in place, then secure each end with a R clip, bending the pin with a needle-nose pliers tosecure.
Step 7: Attach the remaining two wheels (I) and roller (J) to the end of the rear beam using the roller rod (F) and R clips (S). Slide the roller rod into one hole, through the roller fit into the space in the beam, then through the second hole. Fit the wheels onto each end, and secure with R clips, bending with a pliers to secure.

Assembly
Step 1: If the PWC dock is already assembled, disconnect and separate the two
beams by removing the bolts from one side of the connector plates. (If
assembling at the same time as the rest of the dock, install the wheels last
to keep the dock lighter and easier to maneuver.) Install the center beam (A)
between the front and rear beams using the onnector plates (B) and socket
head bolts (I). Only tighten loosely until all bolts are in place. Then,
tighten with an M8 Allen wrench. Do not over-tighten.
Step 2: Install the legs (C) onto the center beam (A) using the M10x130 bolts (G), washers (J), and nuts (K). Tighten securely with 17mm wrenches.
Step 3: Install the angle foot (D) onto the legs (C) using the M10x25 bolts (2), washers (J), and nuts (K). The foot may be set to the adjustment that best suits your needs. ighten securely with 17mm wrenches.
Step 4: Install the wheels (F) using the wheel rods (E) and R clips (L) as described in Step 6 of main kit instructions above.
