Step 1. Place the carrier base (A) upside down on a sold work surface. Fit the hitch tube in place, ensuring the hitch tube is towards the back of the carrier. Secure with M10x25 bolts (H) and lock nuts (J). Tighten with 17mm wrenches.
Step 2. Fit the support bars (B) in place and secure with M10x50 bolts (G) and lock nuts (J). It may be necessary to prop up the end of the carrier base on a sturdy, stable object to insert the bolts. With the bolt head on top of the carrier base and the nut on the support bar, tighten with a 6mm hex key and 17mm wrench. Turn the carrier right-side-up. Step 3. Attach the tire loop (E) to the carrier base using M10x20 bolts (I) and lock nuts (J). Tighten with 17mm wrenches.
Step 4. Attach the tire cradle to the carrier base using M10x20 bolts (I) and lock nuts (J). Choose the placement that is appropriate for the size of your tire. Tighten with 17mm wrenches. Step 5. Attach the ramp to the support bars using nylon washers (N), flat washers (M), and wing nuts (O). Secure in place with safety pins (P).

- Shift the motorcycle into neutral and, with another person’s assistance, push it up the ramp. Push the motorcycle completely onto the carrier platform until the front wheel rests in place.
- Properly secure the motorcycle using tie down straps (sold separately).
- Return the ramp to the mounted position and secure with the wing nut assemblies.
- Attach any needed markers and/or lights to the carrier and motorcycle as required by vehicle codes.
