Q1: After install the lock, the door can’t be locked.
A1: Please secure the handle screw to fix the handle and turn on the Auto Lock function in the app.
Q2: Can’t pair the lock with the app
A1:Please stand next to the lock and turn on the app.Open the app to search the lock,if the app can’t find it, please reset the lock and try again.
NOTES
A:Before installation, please adjust the handle direction and secure the
related screw to fix the handle.
B:When connecting the ic cable, please insert it slowly and slightly.
C:When searching the lock, please touch the keypad to light up the keypad.
