VECTOR HANDLEBAR KIT
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
PART # W15110710027
Required Tools: (Not included)
A. Phillips screwdriver
B. Long needle pliers
C. 5 mm Allen wrench

WARNING

CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

Step 1
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove two (2) screws from the battery cover on the right side of the unit.| Step 2
Locate and disconnect the throttle and brake lever connectors from the controller.

Step 3
Using long needle pliers, pinch the end cap from the brake cable remove it and set aside.| Step 4
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolt that holds the brake cable onto the brake caliper actuator arm and slide the cable out.

Step 5
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolts from the collar clamp and slide the handle bar up from the fork.| Step 6
Slide the cables out from the battery cover fairing.

Step 7
Reverse the steps.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 8 hours before using.
