Configure your QuattroPod Lite via Web Browser
With QuattroPod Lite, users may configure their device via a web browser
interface which greatly enhances the user experience.
Based on different needs and usage scenarios, in QuattroPod Lite Web Setting
sections, customers may do custom settings including output resolution,
preferred language, max connections, etc.
Set up QuattroPod Lite
Please follow the steps below to set up the QuattroPod Lite and finish the pairing process for QuattroPod Lite Receiver and QuattroPod Lite Transmitters.
- Connect QuattroPod Lite Receiver to an external power supply.
- Connect QuattroPod Lite Receiver to an external display via HDMI port.
- Once the Receiver is successfully connected, the external display will show the landing page below.
- Connect the transmitters to receiver’s USB port. Once the transmitters and receiver are paired, the landing page will show the pairing status as the image below.
- Connect the laptop, either Windows or MacBook, to the transmitter.
CONNECTION
Connect to QuattroPod Lite
Please follow the instructions below to connect your phone, tablet, or laptop
to QuattroPod Lite. We provide user with the following methods for connection:
direct connection, through Wi-Fi.
Connect via Direct Connection
- Please see the upper middle of the landing page for the SSID and Password.
- Find the SSID on the connecting device’s Wi-Fi list.
- Enter the password to connect to the QuattroPod Lite receiver.
- Once the direct connection is established, enter the IP address on the bottom left corner of the landing page to your browser’s URL bar. The default IP address of the QuattroPod Lite receiver is 192.168.168.1.
- Once the page is loaded, the browser will enter the Web Setting Home Page shown as below.
Connect via Router
- i. Please make sure the QuattroPod Lite receiver has connected to the 5GHz Wi-Fi router. For more detail, please see Chapter xxxxx. Once the receiver is connected to the 5GHz router, enter the IP address on the bottom left corner of the landing page to your browser’s URL bar.
- Once the page is loaded, the browser will enter the Web Setting Home Page shown as below.

Due to compliance reasons, the first time connecting to the QuattroPod Lite receiver, user will need to configure the 1. Country 2. Admin password. QuattroPod Lite provides two level of access: Admin and Non-Admin. Please log in as an administrator for higher level of access authorization.
Start Configuring your QuattroPod Lite
Network Management
Connect QuattroPod Lite to the internet via external Wi-Fi router. Please make sure the Wi-Fi router you wish to connect is 5GHz and encrypted.
Connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi:
Once the device is connected to QuattroPod Lite, enter the Wi-Fi password
to connect to the external Wi-Fi.
Remember Wi-Fi
Allow QuattroPod Lite to remember the previous Wi-Fi setting.
Remember Wi-Fi “On”:
QuattroPod Lite will remember the previous Wi-Fi configuration.
Remember Wi-Fi “OFF”:
QuattroPod Lite will erase the Wi-Fi configuration once disconnected.
Device Management
Please see Device Manage for the options to configure Language, Resolution, Max Connections, etc.
- Language: Please select the applicable language.
- Resolution: Please select the applicable resolution for your usage. QuattroPod Lite supports up to 4K with frame rate 24P while the defaults output resolution is 1920 x 1080_60P
- Resolution Mode: Please select the applicable resolution for your usage.
- Only for this connected display: QuattroPod Lite will remember the resolution of each monitor and apply the resolution configuration for each monitor accordingly.
- For any connected display: QuattroPod Lite will apply the same resolution to every monitor.
- Display Mode: QuattroPod Lite supports the below Display modes:

- Fit to screen: QuattroPod Lite would keep video at the original aspect ratio.
- Stretch to Full screen: QuattroPod Lite would not keep video at the original aspect ratio.
- Reboot Timer: QuattroPod Lite would automatically reboot every 8 hours under the following conditions:
- None of the Transmitters is connected to Receiver.
- None of the device is connected to Receiver, including Windows, Android, macOS, iOS.
- One-Touch Play: QuattroPod Lite would wake up the monitor when the device is open after being in standby.
Admin Setting
Admin Setting allows individuals with higher access authorization to customize QuattroPod Lite’s network and features.

Wi-Fi Channel: Set up QuattroPod Lite’s Wi-Fi Channel

Country: Please select the applicable country/region for a specific 5Ghz spectrum policy

Channel: For better Wi-Fi performance, please select the available Wi-Fi channel.

Bandwidth: Please select applicable bandwidth to avoid wireless interference.

SSID: Customize the SSID, including renaming, Hide SSID or Turn Off SSID. Please reconnect to QuattroPod Lite with the new SSID and re-pairing the Receiver and the Transmitters after naming the SSID.

Hide SSID: Hide SSID from the landing page. When we reboot QuattroPod Lite the landing page of the SSID will become a star sign and it prohibits unauthorized access.
Please make sure you have written the SSID down. -
Turn Off SSID: Deactivate the SSID function. The SSID doesn’t provide any direct connections for the users. So you cannot find the QuattroPod Lite SSID with your laptop. If you select turn-off SSID you have to remind users that you must connect your QuattroPod Lite to another router, that users can discover the QuattroPod Lite by the router.

Password: Change or hide the Wi-Fi connection password on the landing page.

Sketch: QuattroPod Lite allows users to sketch with their wireless mouse when the mouse is connected to the QuattroPod Lite receiver.

Central Management System: When it is on it QuattroPod Lite will be discoverable for the CMS tool, but if it is off it is won’t be discoverable.

My Screen: Replace the default image of the landing page by uploading photos (png.). Please be advised that the image format must be PNG in 1920×1080 and smaller than 2MB.

Dynamic Wallpaper: Set how the wallpaper shows by URL or from USB disk. This function can stream multimedia that is stored in a local file.

Dynamic wallpaper ON/OFF: Switch On/Off dynamic wallpaper.

Silent mode ON/OFF: Switch On/Off sound for dynamic wallpaper

Source: URL/USB Disk: Specify the URL that locates the file. Users can either store the file at web server or USB Disk. I

Starts after idling for Set idle time before activating dynamic wallpaper. When the QuattroPod Lite receiver hasn’t been streaming from the transmitter or
Airplay/Mircast, it will start to play after the desired time entered. -
Stopping time: Stops when any transmitter is connected: When the receiver finds any transmitter is connecting to the QuattroPod Lite, it will stop.

Stops when any transmitter starts to mirror: The transmitter can connect into the receiver, but unless it starts mirroring the receiver will continue to play the video or image.

AirView: User can view the screen of the receiver.

AirView ON/OFF:

OFF: The CMS user is not allowed to discover the current mirroring content.

ON: The CMS user is allowed to capture the screenshots with the airview.

Refresh Rate: It will refresh in certain amount of time.

Admin Password: Change the Admin password for better security.

Screen Saver: Set the idle time for QuattroPod Lite. The QuattroPod Lite will be activated once the connecting devices are being used.

Upgrade: Upgrade your QuattroPod Lite Receiver and Transmitters’ firmware to latest version. Please make sure QuattroPod Lite is connected to the internet during the entire process. We recommend users to use the newest firmware for QuattroPod Lite Receiver and Transmitters at all time.

- Connect QuattroPod LiteTransmitter to an external power supply. Please make sure the Transmitters has been paired with the Receiver.
- Click “Select All” to update all the QuattroPod Lite devices.
- Click “Update” to activate the download process. Please do not turn off the power while QuattroPod Lite is upgrading.

Reboot: Reboot QuattroPod Lite.

Reset to Factory Default:Reset QuattroPod Lite to factory default. Please note that once reset, all customized configurations will be cleared.
- Reset RX: Reset QuattroPod Lite Receiver only.
- Reset TX: Reset QuattroPod Lite Transmitter only.
- Reset RX + TX: Reset both QuattroPod Lite Receiver and Transmitters.
