Does the switch lite work with them?

The answer is just USB.

Are these headsets defective or is there a reason why the microphone stops working on them? I just use them for voice talks on Discord.

The cord on mine was badly constructed and inspected, which caused a lot of kinks. Nevertheless, my friend’s headset is excellent, so it’s hit or miss.

Can you use these on an iPad? In addition to the switch, PS4, etc.

If the VR headset’s strap was soft, I would assume that.

Can you use this for the just released Xbox series?

Will this function on a standard Xbox?

I got it for my son to use with his Xbox One, but I believe it works with the majority of systems, including the standard Xbox.

How are the LED lights turned on?

The chord coming from the headset is split, to be precise. The USB splits into a headphone jack and a light-powered USB port. As long as my computer is plugged into the wall, the lights continue to run after I shut them off, so I have to unplug the USB every time, but it’s not a big deal.

Does this function with the PlayStation 5?

Yes

Why, even with the audio turned down, does my headset audio from an Xbox party play into my microphone?

2 days later, the audio jack snapped. Audio jack also broke after the last return date, so I got a replacement.

Does it function on new Xboxes?

This one only has a USB port. Yes, if your system is equipped with that.

Can I make the cable longer by extending it?

Yes. Mine included an extender.

Can you use the headset to hear the game and communicate with others?

Absolutely, yes.

Compatible with Xbox One? Are there any console settings to change, or is it just plug and play?

On my Xbox One, not even I can hear anything.
