Product Information

The BENGOO TA83 wireless gaming headset is designed for an extreme gaming experience and offers immersive sound quality. It features 50mm high-precision neodymium drivers and soft leatherette ear cups. The headset is compatible with PC/Laptop, PS4, Mac, and other devices with a USB port. It also includes an extra 3.5mm cable and Bluetooth function for more connectivity options. The headset has a built-in microphone and comes with a Type-C charging interface.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the headset.
  2. If you hear a ‘battery low’ indication on the headset, connect the Type-C cable to the charging port on the headset and plug the other end into any USB power source to charge the battery.
  3. To power on/off the headset, hold down the power button for 3 seconds until you hear an indicating voice.
  4. To play/pause audio, click the power button once.
  5. To mute/unmute the microphone, use the mic mute button on the headset.
  6. If using with a PS4/PS5 notebook, connect the 2.4G Wireless Adapter to the Gamepad and follow the system settings instructions to set the output device as the USB Headset.
  7. If connecting to a Second Generation Xbox One Controller, plug the included 3.5mm cable directly into the headset. For older version Xbox One Controllers, an additional adapter is required.
  8. When connecting to an Xbox One Controller with an adapter, plug the adapter into the controller and connect the headset to the 3.5mm port of the adapter. Adjust or rotate the 3.5mm interface until both sides of the headphones have a smooth sound.
  9. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
  10. If experiencing no sound or low sound, check for loose connectors and confirm that each plug is inserted firmly and fully.
  11. If the microphone is not working, check if the mic one-key mute button on the headset is off. Also, press the Chat Button on the Chat/Came Mix of the Ear Force Headset Audio Controller.
  12. If experiencing app problems or voice interruptions, close the active app and re-open it alternatively. Also, check if the default sound device is selected for this headset and ensure a stable network connection.

  • Power On/Off: Hold down the power button for 3 seconds until you hear an indicating voice
  • Play/Pause: Click the power button once.

HEADSET CHARGING

  1. It is recommended to fully charge the headset before first use.
  2. When the headset remaining the battery level is low, you will hear a ‘battery low’ on your headset.
  3. Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port on the headset, and plug the other end into any USB power source.

CONTIONS: Do not use headset while charging.

XBOX ONE/XBOX ONE S

OPERATING INSTRUCTION

To use the wireless headset on your device (PC, PS4, PS5, laptop, Mac, XBOX ONE,Nintendo, Mobile) :

  1. Connect the wireless adapter(included) to a USB port on your device ((PC, PS4, PS5, laptop).
  2. Plug the 3.5mm audio cable (included) into the headset, then connect your device (XBOX ONE/S, Nintendo,Mobile).
  3. Press the power button on the headset for 3 seconds to power on.
  4. When the headset ear cup LED is solid, the headset is connected.

Note: If it is your first time using the headset, you may need to set the headset as the default input and output device.

PS4

  1. Plug the 2.4G Wireless Adapter into the Gamepad.
  2. Shake PS4 joystick to enter the System Settings.
  3. Choose “Devices”, next choose “Audio Devices”, and then choose “Output Device”,and choose “USB Headset”, right-click on ‘Output to Headphones’ and select “All Audio” adjust the ‘volume control (headphones)’.
  4. Confirm that each plug is inserted firmly and fully.

XBOX ONE/XBOX ONE S

  1. Plug the 3.5mm cable(included) into the headset, and you could connect the headset to the Second Generation Xbox One Controllers directly.
  2. While connecting to the old version Xbox One Controller, you need an extra adapter(Not Included)
  3. Plug the 3.5mm cable into the headset.
  4. Plug the adapter into the Xbox one Controller.
  5. Connect the headset to the 3.5mm port of the adapter.
  6. Adjust or rotate the 3.5mm interface until both sides of the headphones have smooth sound.

Matters Needing Attention

Please Connect the Microsoft Adapter ( Not Included) with the 3.5mm jack for this headset towork on an old version Xbox One / Xbox One S controller

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

No sound/low sound

Possible Cause/Solution

  • Volume Control
    • Press the Volume Up button on the Ear Force Headset Audio Controller If necessary. Press the Game button of the Chat/Game Mix.
  • App Problem
    • Close the active App and re-open it alternatively
  • Loose Connector
    • Confirm that each plug is inserted

Microphone not working

The louder the volume, the sooner your hearing could be affected. To protect your hearing:

  • Limit the amount of time you use the headset at high volume. Avoid raising the volume to block out noisy surroundings.

  • The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not disassemble, heat above 60°C, or incinerate.
