Product Usage Instructions:
Mounting the OPW CAGE:
Before starting your journey, ensure that the OPW CAGE is
properly mounted on your bike.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
After each ride, clean and re-lubricate your OPW CAGE to ensure
longevity. Apply a small amount of TRiPEAK lubricant against the
edge of the bearing seal for effective lubrication.
Traveling with Your Bike:
When traveling with your bike, it’s advisable to remove the
entire rear derailleur to protect your OPW CAGE during transit.
Aero Cover Installation:

Remove stopper pin with a 2.5mm hex key from the TRiPEAK OPW
cage. -
Fit the spring stopper and seal into the mounting holes, then
insert the OPW cage’s axle into the derailleur body. -
Tighten the stopper pin using a 2.5mm hex key and release the
cage to reset, completing the installation. -
Tighten fixing screw into derailleur with a Torx key (max.
1Nm). -
Use two 3mm hex keys to remove the plate nut, plate bolt, and
bushing from the front-end fixing hole. -
Insert the bushing into the fixed hole of the Aero Cover
ensuring that the clasps are flat against the plates.
Additional Notes:
For Di2 types of derailleurs, shift to the highest position
before removing/installing the derailleur cage. Some derailleurs
may require specific wrench types for installation.

HOW TO LUBRICANT YOUR PULLEYS
Apply a small amount of TRiPEAK lubricant

lubricant to penetrate into the bearings for
effective lubrication.

To ensure a better riding experience, it is recommended to have the assembly of the TRiPEAK OPW CAGE performed by a professional or bicycle shop.
Remove the original derailleur cage and keep the original tension spring, axle
fixing screw, and spring seal.
For Di2 types of the derailleur, needs to be shifted to the highest position
first to free up rotation space for removing and installing the derailleur
cage.
Spring force fixing holes
Hook tension spring into the spring’s fixing hole of OPW cage, then set the
spring seal in.
Rotate the outer plate counterclockwise until the fixing hole of the stopper pin is visible
TRiPEAK OPW cage reserve 3 types of spring force fixing holes, please fix them according to your derailleur model.
At this step, the outer plate may rebound, please handle it with care to prevent injury.
Some derailleurs may experience interference between the OPW and the derailleur body after installation. It is recommended to tighten the H bolt before installation to widen the derailleur body and prevent contact.
From the front end, gently push the Aero Cover into the OPW cage, insert the nut & bolt, then tighten them(max.4Nm) to complete the installation of the Aero Cover.
AERO COVER INSTALLATION
Remove stopper pin with 2.5mm hex key from TRiPEAK OPW cage.
The spring stopper and seal should fit the tip into the mounting holes, then insent OPW cage’s axle to derailleur body.
tighten the stopper pin using a 2.5mm hex key, then gently release the cage to reset, completing the installation.
Tghten fixing screw into derailleur with torx key. (max.1Nm).
Using two 3mm hex keys to remove the plate nut, plate bolt, and bushing from
front-end fixing hole.
Insert the bushing into the fixed hole of the Aero Cover.
Ensure that the clasps on the front and rear of the AERO COVER are flat against the front and rear plates.
