Product Usage Instructions
Installation:
Your ESi EVone Charger must be installed by a qualified electrician following
all relevant electrical codes and statutory requirements.
Getting Started:
- Set up your electricity tariff via the ESi GO app for cost-effective charging.
- Standard Charging:
- Plug the cable into your EV.
- The charger will wait for the cheapest tariff to charge your EV.
- Unplug the cable when done.
- Quick Boost Charge:
- Plug the cable into your EV.
- To start charging, press BOOST on the charger or use the ESi GO App.
- Wait until charged, then unplug your car.
Using the ESi GO App:
- Open the app and sign up to create a personal account.
- Agree to the terms of service and complete the sign-up process.
- Enter the verification code received by SMS to finalize your account setup.

Q: What should I do if there is a car error indicated on the charger?
A: If a car error is displayed (Red flashing), please refer to the user manual or contact customer support for assistance. -
Q: How can I check if my charger is connected to the internet?
A: The LED indicators on the charger will show the status of the connection. Refer to the manual for details on interpreting the LED colors and patterns.

hybrid vehicles. It is easy to set up, use and is fully compliant with UK and
EU regulations.
This guide will tell you how to use your new charger and how to set up and use
the ESi Go app, including how to schedule and take advantage of special rate
energy tariffs.
IMPORTANT
Your new ESi EVone Charger must be installed by a suitably qualified
electrician in accordance with current electrical engineering codes of
practice, requirements for electrical installations (BS7671) and all statutory
requirements.
Your electrician should fill out and give you the Smart Charge Act Statement
of Compliance when the install is completed. Please keep this document safe,
as you may need it to provide evidence of a compliant Electric Vehicle Supply
Equipment (EVSE) installation.

Getting started
Using your ESi EVone is as simple as 1, 2, 3:
Simply set up your electricity tariff via the app to charge your car at the
most cost-effective times.

Plug the cable into your EV. -
Step 2.
The charger will wait to charge your EV at the cheapest tariff. -
Step 3.
Unplug the cable from your EV and GO!
If you need a quick boost charge.

To start charging, hit BOOST or use the ESi GO App -
Step 3.
Wait until charged, or stop by hitting BOOST again or use the ESi GO App. Unplug your car and GO!
Open the app, then follow the instructions:

Sign up and create a personal account

Agree to terms of service and ‘Sign up’

Enter the verification code you receive by SMS

Congratulations, your account is set up
Note! A charge will always have to belong to a “Family”. Whoever creates a family will by default become the owner. The owner has the option of giving others access to use the charger(s) belonging to a family.
Connect your new charger and WiFi connection -
Create a ‘family’ or user group for your charger

Press the BOOST button on the charger or hold your RFID tag up to the charger (if you have an RFID model), until you see a single yellow light flashing.

Enter your WiFi name and password
Note! To set up the WiFi connection, the charger needs to be set in AP mode. To link your account to the charger, it must have an internet connection. If your charger is installed with a wired internet connection, skip this step.
The final bit!
Please ensure that the charger is still in AP mode (a single yellow light flashes on the charger). -
Go to the WiFi settings on your phone to connect to the charger’s WiFi Hotspot starting with “ESIGO_’

Verify your ownership by pressing the ‘BOOST’ button within 5 minutes.
Your charger is ready to use!

Your warranty
Your qualified installer will register the warranty on your behalf. If so, a
three year guarantee will apply.
Should you choose to register the product yourself, a 12 month warranty will
apply.
