  1. Plug the power cord into the power socket of the appliance.
  2. Open the appliance by pressing the top cover latches (6).
  3. Place the edge of the bag to be made on the thermal tape surface (8) so that the bag is retained by the holders (9) (Fig. 1). Carefully close the top cover so that both side latches engage (Fig. 2).
  4. Connect the appliance to the power supply.
  5. Press the SOLDER button (2) if you only need to seal the bag (Fig. 3). Otherwise press the «SOLDERING + VACUUM» button (1) if you wish to pump the air from the bag and then seal it. 6. If you wish you can make a second sealing seam as a precaution in case the first seam has not sealed the bag completely. To do so repeat the steps above, only without inserting the bag into the retainers (9); move it lower so that the edge of the bag is placed on the thermal tape and the first seam is visible on the outside.

To do so proceed as follows:

  1. Open the appliance by pressing the top cover latches (6).

container or the valve on the bag.

  4. Quickly close the vent opening so that air does not get back into the container or bag.

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS

Problem Solution
The device works, but air is not pumped out. • Check the tightness of the

side seams of the packaging (if you make the bags yourself).

• Make sure the top and bottom gaskets are free of dirt and foreign objects.

• A hose is connected to the device for pumping air from external objects.

The packaging is not sealed properly.| • There is too much liquid in the sealed bag. Freeze contents before sealing.

• Smooth out any wrinkles on the packaging. Keep

the packaging in this condition until the pumping process begins.

• Device overheating. Allow the device to cool for a few minutes.

The control panel lights do not light up.| • Check the power connection.

• Check the mains voltage.

Air is not pumped out from the external object.| • The air valve is located on an uneven surface. Place the valve on a flat surface, leaving the area directly below the valve clear.

• Make sure the appliance lid is closed.

---|---
After sealing, air began to penetrate into the package.| • Check the clap and/or flap for crumbs or food particles as this may compromise the seal of the package.

• Moisture that has accumulated around the valve or

fastener may compromise the seal of the package. Wipe off any accumulated moisture and reseal.

• Check the package for damage. When packaging

foods with sharp edges or cuts, use paper towels as a protective layer.

MAINTENANCE

  • Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning. Clean the appliance each time after use. Wipe the appliance with a damp soft cloth. Ensure that the appliance is completely dry before commencing operation.
  • WARNING! Never immerse the appliance in water or place it under a tap!
  • WARNING! Never use coarse tissue, sponges, or abrasive pastes for cleaning. The use of any chemically aggressive and other substances not recommended for cleaning objects contacting with food is not allowed.
