Product Usage Instructions:
CLEAN Function Activation/Deactivation:
To activate/deactivate the CLEAN function, use the key
combination Fn + Shift (Clean on/off).
The mode ‘CLEAN function active’ is indicated by flashing all
status LEDs. During this mode, all key entries are suppressed to
allow cleaning or disinfection of the keyboard.
The ‘CLEAN function active’ mode ends automatically after a
timeout of 5 minutes or by using the key combination again.
Cleaning and Disinfection:
Please follow the instructions provided by your authorities for
standard disinfection of surfaces for reprocessing of the
keyboard.

The corded keyboard AK-C7412 is a high quality, highly reliable hygiene
keyboard with integrated touchpad. It is particularly designed for the use at
hospitals and by practitioners. The keyboard is sealed with a silicone
membrane. The CLEAN function avoids sending keystrokes to your PC during
cleaning/disinfection. Please follow the instructions provided by your

AK-C7412F-GUS Serie
Die kabelgebundene AK-C7412 ist eine hochwertige und zuverlässige
HygieneTastatur mit integriertem Touchpad. Sie ist besonders für den Einsatz
in Krankenhäusern und Arztpraxen geeignet. Die Tastatur wird durch eine
SilikonUmhüllung geschützt.
Die ,,CLEAN Funktion” sorgt dafür, dass die Tastatur während der
Reinigung/Desinfektion keine Tasteneingaben an den Computer sendet. Die
Routine-Desinfektion folgt den Richtlinien der Deutschen Gesellschaft für
Hygiene und Mikrobiologie. Für die Wischdesinfektion können
Desinfektionsmittel nach den Vorgaben des Verbunds für angewandte Hygiene e.V.
(,,VAH-Liste”) eingesetzt werden.

Wie aktiviere/deaktiviere ich die CLEAN-Funktion? Die Tastenkombination “Fn” +
“Shift (Clean on/off)” aktiviert und deaktiviert die CLEAN-Funktion. Der Modus
“CLEAN Funktion aktiv” wird durch gleichzeitiges Blinken aller Status LEDs
angezeigt. In diesem Modus kann der Nutzer die Tastatur reinigen oder
desinfizieren; Tastenbetätigungen werden unterdrückt. Der Modus “CLEAN-
Funktion aktiv” endet automatisch nach 5 Minuten oder über Betätigung der
Tastenkombination.
