How do I pair the two headphones with my cell phone?

  • Make sure both the earbuds and charging case are fully charged before first use.

  • Step 1 take both earbuds out of the charging case and both earbuds will turn on and pair automatically. (If the earphones are not connected to the device for more than 5 minutes, the earphones will turn off automatically.) Press the MFB for about 3 seconds to manually turn on the earphones when “Power on (Access)” is requested. One earbud flashes red and blue alternately and the indicator light of the other earbud the blue light flashes slowly, indicating earphone pairing wireless is complete.

  • Step 2
    Turn on your mobile phone’s Bluetooth settings, search and select “RS7” to connect. (There should be a “Connected” voice prompt when earplugs are worn for the ears.)

  1. If you have problems pairing the two earphones with your cell phone, put the back earphones into the charging case and repeat the above steps.
  2. These earphones can be used not only together, but also individually. If you want to use single mode, take one earbud out of the case and connect it to your cell phone. Or, when using dual mode, manually turn off mind an earbud or put one back in the charging case and you’ll be able to connect the other earphones in single mode.

Charging your earphones
The earbuds will only start charging when they have placed correctly the earphones into the charging slot and closed the lid. (You can charge the charging case and earphones at the same time, or you can charge the charging case first and then the earphones.) While charging, the earphone LED lights up red When fully charged, the charging case will automatically stop- while charging the LED light on the earphone will turn off. ) When the earphones charging in the charging case, the digital display bar of the charging case continues to flash and the digital display of the case charging turns off after 60 seconds.

Charging alerts

  • After using it for some time, due to oxidation of the connector, the earphones cannot be charged or even turned on. You can fix the problem by cleaning the magnetic connectors on the earbuds and charging case with an alcohol-soaked cloth
  • The earbuds can be automatically turned off immediately and placed back into the charging case to start charging. Lifting them turns on and pairs automatically.

Conservation and maintenance

  • If the earphones have not been used for more than 3 months, it is recommended to charge it.
  • Use an FCC (Federal Communications Commission) approved charger.
  • Children 12 and under require adult supervision.
  • Do not expose the earphones to high or low temperatures and do not use the earphones during a thunderstorm. Avoid dropping or violently impacting the device.
  • Keep the device away from sources of ignition and do not immerse the device in water.

Questions frequently asked

Q: Why don’t the earphones pair with my cell phone?
A: Make sure the earbuds are fully charged and turned on. Make sure your cell phone’s Bluetooth is turned on If there is no problem with the above 2 points, turn off the earphones after 5 quick clicks when powered on, put the earphones back into the charging case and close the case, wait 1 minute, then open the charging case and reconnect the earphones to the phone.

Q: Why does the music stop?
A: First, keep these earphones no more than 15m away from your cell phone (without obstacles). If the distance is less than 15m, follow these steps:

Q: I put the earphones in the case and closed the case because the earphones don’t fit do they still charge or disconnect from the mobile?
A: Make sure the charging case is not in a low battery state. If the custody charging is in a low battery state, the earphones will not charge and not they can be disconnected, also just in case. Therefore, use a type-c cable to fully charge the case.

Q: Are these earbuds sweat and water-resistant?
