Product Usage Instructions
Parts & Hardware Preparation
Before assembly and installation, carefully unwrap all parts and
locate the hardware kit. Ensure all parts are accounted for before
disposing of the packaging.
Assembly – Step 1

Carefully place the Left Side Panel and Right Side Panel on the
Base. -
Add Gaskets and Bolts as per the diagram provided, ensuring not
to tighten the Butterfly Nuts yet. -
Align the holes on the Base with the Side Panels and insert
Bolts with Gaskets from the bottom. -
Repeat for all holes.

Note: Do not tighten Butterfly Nuts until Step 6 to prevent
misalignment of mantel parts.
Assembly – Step 2

Place the Header on top of the Side Panels.

Add Gaskets and Bolts as instructed, avoiding tightening the
Butterfly Nuts prematurely. -
Align the holes on the Side Panels with the Header and insert
Bolts with Gaskets. -
Repeat for all holes.

Note: Avoid tightening Butterfly Nuts early to prevent
misalignment.
Assembly – Step 3

Add Gaskets and Bolts to the Left Corbel and Left Side Panel,
ensuring not to tighten yet. -
Install the Left Corbel to the Left Side Panel while keeping
the holes aligned.

Q: Can I exceed the maximum load capacity specified?
A: No, using loads heavier than the specified maximum weight may
lead to instability and pose a safety risk.
Q: What should I do if I am missing parts from the hardware
kit?

DO NOT use more than the maximum load as shown in the diagram. The use of TVs
or loads heavier than the maximum weights specified may result in instability,
causing tip over, which could result in serious injury or death.

Before assembly and installation, carefully unwrap all parts. Locate and set
aside the hardware kit before disposing of the packaging.

hardware are present and can be identified.
· To avoid scratching the finish, assemble the product on a soft, non-abrasive
surface such as carpet, thick bedding, or a large blanket.

Installation & Assembly
STEP 1
A | Bolt – M8 x 60mm | x4
C | Gasket – 22 x 9mm | x8
B | Gasket – 25 x 11mm | x8 D | Butterfly Nut – M8 | x4
1. Carefully set the left Side Panel (3) and right side panel (4) on the Base (5) as shown in the diagram.
5. Add a Gasket (B), followed by a gasket (C) to the top of Bolt (A). Add a butterfly nut (D), but DO NOT TIGHTEN.
2. Place a Gasket (C) followed by a Gasket (B), on each long Bolt (A).
3. Align the holes on the Base (5) with the holes on the Side Panels (3 & 4).
4. Insert Bolt and Gaskets (A+C+B) from the bottom into a hole on the Base.
6. Repeat for the remaining 3 holes.
NOTE:
Butterfly Nuts (D) will be tightened in Step 6. DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM BEFOREHAND
or the mantel parts may become misaligned.

STEP 2

B | Gasket – 25 x 11mm | x8 D | Butterfly Nut – M8 | x4
1. Carefully set the Header (2) on the top of the Side Panels (3 & 4).
2. Place a Gasket (C) followed by a gasket (B), on each long Bolt (A).
5. Add a Gasket (B), followed by a Gasket (C) to the top of Bolt (A). Add a
Butterfly Nut (D), but DO NOT TIGHTEN.
6. Repeat for the remaining 3 holes.
3. Align the holes on the Side Panels (3 & 4) with the holes on the Header
(2).
4. Insert Bolt and Gaskets (A+C+B) from the bottom into a hole on the side
Panels (3 & 4).

NOTE:
Butterfly Nuts (D) will be tightened in Step 6. DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM BEFOREHAND
or the mantel parts may become misaligned.

E | Bolt – M8 x 40mm | x4
B | Gasket – 25 x 11mm | x4
C | Gasket – 22 x 9mm | x4
1. Place a Gasket (C) and then a Gasket (B) onto a short Bolt (E). Repeat for
the other bolts.
2. While keeping the holes aligned, install the Left Corbel (6) to the Left
Side Panel (3) using the bolt with gaskets (B+C+E). DO NOT TIGHTEN.
3. Repeat for the Right Corbel (7).

B | Gasket – 25 x 11mm | x4
C | Gasket – 22 x 9mm | x4
1. Carefully set the Top (1) onto the Side Panels (3 & 4), making sure the
holes are aligned.
2. Place Gasket (C), then Gasket (B), on each short Bolt (E).
3. Using a screwdriver, install Bolt (E) into a hole from the bottom of the
Top (1), but DO NOT TIGHTEN.
4. Repeat for the remaining 3 holes.

STEP 5
1. From the back of the mantel, carefully place the electric fireplace onto
the base of the mantel.
2. Make sure the insert is centered in the mantel opening.

STEP 6
F | Screw – 3.5 x 25mm | x4
1. Using the screwdriver, secure the fireplace insert to the mantel with the
included Screws (F).
2. Make sure the Base (5), Panels (3 & 4), Header (2), and Top (1) are in the
correct positions.
3. Tighten all the Butterfly Nuts (D) from steps 1, 2, and 3. DO NOT OVER-
TIGHTEN.
