Product Usage Instructions

Installation Instructions:

1. Turn Power OFF to the dish machine at the breaker.
2. Using provided bolts and lock nuts, install the chemical alarm box on the back of dish machine control box. Drill a hole onto the control box if needed.
3. Attach the conduit fitting to the back of the control box. If no conduit holes are available, drill onto the control box.
4. Connect Orange and Blue wires to a constant Power Supply by connecting wires to your Main Contactor LI and L2 (or L1 and L3).
5. Connect chemical lines to vacuum switches.
6. Turn Power ON to the dish machine.
7. Prime chemical pumps. Note: Alarm will sound until the lines are primed.

Installation Instructions for wall mount:

1. Remove mounting bracket.
2. Using provided screws and wall anchors, install the alarm box closest to the dish machine control box.
3. Install the Alarm Box to the wall by using the holes on the box.

Q: What should I do if the alarm continues to sound after priming the chemical lines?

A: If the alarm continues to sound, check the connections to ensure they are secure and correctly installed. If the issue persists, contact customer support for further assistance.

It has an audible and visual alarm, when the dish machine dispenser runs out of chemical the alarm will automatically let the operator know.

Installation Instructions

1. Turn the Power OFF to the dish machine at the breaker.

2. Using provided bolts and lock nuts; install the chemical alarm box on the back of dish machine control box. Drill hole onto control box if needed. (See illustration 1)
   Attach the conduit fitting to the back of the control box. If no conduit holes are available, drill onto control box. (See illustration 2) Note: Picture are for reference only.

3. Connect Orange and Blue wire to a constant Power Supply, by connecting wires to your Main Contactor LI and L2 (or L1 and L3).

4. Connect chemical lines to vacuum switches. (See illustration 3)

5. Turn Power ON to Dishmachine.

6. Prime chemical pumps.
