Operating Instructions

Product overview, see Figure 1;

Before first use, please charge the product to unlock it, see Figure 2

Turn on in two ways, see Figure 3;

The switch is at the bottom of the product. Press the bottom switch or the top of the light ball (when the product is placed on a hard surface) to operate the product.

ON, see Figure 4;

When the light is off, press or double press to turn on.

OFF, see Figure 5;

When the light is on, double press to turn off.

Mode switching, see Figure 6;

When the light is on, press to switch the modes, and the output cycles through the following modes: white light → red light → red flash → colored light 1 → colored light 2 → colored light 3 → colored light 4 → white light. Release to select the desired mode.
Please note : Apart from white light, red light, and red flash modes, the default lighting modes can be replaced with static or dynamic colors in the app. Replacement method: While using replaceable lighting modes, select your preferred mode in the app, then turn the light off and it will be automatically memorized.

Change brightness level, see Figure 7;

When the light is on, press and hold to change the brightness level steplessly.

Turn on White Light Low, see Figure 8;

When the light is off, press and hold to enter the default White Light Low.

Lockout/unlock, see Figure 9;

Lockout : When the light is off, press and hold for 2 seconds until the default White Light Low is turned on and off.
Unlock : Press and hold for 1 second until the white light is on.

Auto sleep mode, see Figure 10;

When turned off, the light automatically enters sleep mode after 30 minutes of non-operation. In sleep mode, it cannot be controlled via the app and needs to be awakened before control is possible. To wake the light from sleep mode, charge it or press the switch.

Battery indicator, see Figure 11;

Green: 50%~100%; Yellow: 10%~49%; Red: < 10%; When the light is turned off, the battery indicator will flash once from top to bottom.

App Operating Instructions

Download the Olight App, see Figure 13;

Enter the device management interface, see Figure 14;

Continue operation without logging in, See Figure 15;

Enter the pairing mode, see Figure 16;

When the light is turned on (non Bash-A-Mole mode), press the switch three or more times in a row until the light flashes green, indicating that it’s in pairing mode. If the device is not added successfully within 3 minutes, re- enter the pairing mode.

On the device management page, users can create groups. After a group is created, all devices within the group can be controlled simultaneously.

In combination with Olight Obounds gateway, on the Scene page, users can create smart scenes to control devices based on device status, external environment, geographic locations, and timing function, allowing for custom effects.

Bash-A-Mole Function (Place the Sphere on a hard surface first):

  • In the app’s interaction interface, users can enter or exit this mode.
  • Interact with the lights to simulate the Bash-A-Mole. The light randomly turns on, and when users hit it, it flashes.
  • Press the switch five or more times in a row to exit this mode.
  • Automatically exits this mode after 30 seconds of non-operation.
    After exiting this mode, the light will enter the memorized mode.

Restore Factory Settings

Tap “Restore factory settings” in the app’s interaction interface, and the Sphere can be reset to the factory mode.
Note:
In lockout mode, the light cannot be controlled by the app. To use the app to control it, please unlock the Sphere first.

  • Do not ingest the battery, as there is a Chemical Burn Hazard.
  • If the small battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and may lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children.
  • If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
  • If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
  • Do not replace the battery with an incorrect type that can defeat a safeguard, such as certain types of lithium batteries.
  • Do not dispose of the battery in fire, a hot oven, or by crushing or cutting it, as it may result in an explosion.
  • Avoid leaving the battery in extremely high-temperature environments, as it may cause an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  • A battery exposed to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
