Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I adjust the vibration intensity on the controller?
A: Press the Vibration Button on the back of the controller and use the right button to increase vibration strength or the left button to decrease it.
Q: How do I control the LED lights on the controller?
A: Use the Light Control Button to switch between different lighting modes like Always-on Mode or Breathing Light Mode, as well as adjust brightness levels.
Q: How do I set up the Turbo function on the controller?

Connection Method

From the HOME Menu, select System Settings, then Controllers and Sensors.

Set Pro Controller Wired Communication to On.
-
Insert the Switch console into the controller, aligning it with the Type-C port on the controller for connection.
TURBO Function
TURBO Setting
Press TURBO Button + A/B/X/Y/L/R/ZL/ZR/D-pad Button to set the TURBO Function
Take A Button for Example:
- (For the 1st time) Press TURBO Button + A Button to achieve Manual TURBO Function (Press and hold to launch continuously)
- (For the 2nd time) Press the TURBO Button + A Button to achieve Automatic TURBO Function (Automatically continuous launch)
- (For the 3rd time) Press the TURBO Button + A Button to clear TURBO Function (Clear)
Note: Press and hold TURBO Button for 5 seconds (if the Vibration Intensity is not 0%, there will be a vibration cue) to clear all TURBO Functions.
TURBO Speed Adjustment
Speed Levels:
- Continuously launch 5 times per second (Level 1);
- Continuously launch 12 times per second (Level 2);
- Continuously launch 20 times per second (Level 3);
Adjusting Methods:
Press TURBO Button + “+”, speed increases;
Press TURBO Button + “-“, speed reduces.
Vibration Adjustment Function

Press Vibration Button on the back of the controller to adjust the motor vibration intensity.
(Press the right button to increase vibration strength, and the left button to decrease vibration strength). -
There are 5 intensities:100%, 75%, 50%, 30% and 0% (the default is 30%).

After successful adjustment, the motor vibrates for 0.5 seconds at that intensity.

Upon restarting the console, the controller maintains the vibration intensity set before shutdown.
Lighting Control Instruction Light Button
-
Single click button: Always-on Mode.
Each click will change its color with the order: Red, purple, turquoise, orange, blue, white, and green. -
Double-click button: Breathing Light Mode.
1st time double-click: 7-color breathing light mode;
2nd time double-click: Light Off.
Press and hold button + D-pad: Adjust the brightness.
Press and hold button + upward D-pad: Increase the brightness.
Press and hold button + downward D-pad: Decrease the brightness.
There are 4 levels: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.
Macro and Mapping Function
Macro Function-Macro Buttons
Press and hold M Button on the right and don’t loosen, inputting the buttons
you want to edit (up to 20 steps). The controller will have the vibration cue
after loosening M Button on the right, and then press MR Button to trigger

Press and hold M Button on the left and don’t loosen, inputting the buttons
you want to edit (up to 20 steps). The controller will have the vibration cue
after loosening M Button on the left, and then press ML Button to trigger
Macro Buttons.
Buttons that Macro Function could edit are A/B/X/Y/L/R/ZL/ZR/L3/R3/+/-/D-pad
Buttons and two Joysticks (can be used as a combo in the game).
Mapping Function-Programmable Buttons
Press and hold M Button on the right and don’t loosen, inputting the single
button you want to map. The controller will have the vibration cue after
loosening M Button on the right, and then press MR Button to trigger

Press and hold M Button on the left and don’t loosen, inputting the single
button you want to map. The controller will have the vibration cue after
loosening M Button on the left, and then press ML Button to trigger
Programmable Buttons;
Buttons that Mapping Function could edit are A/B/X/Y/L/R/ZL/ZR/L3/R3/+/-/D-pad
Buttons.
Note:

M Button on the left only sets Programmable Buttons of the left controller;
M Button on the right only sets Programmable Buttons of the right controller. -
With Memory Function;

Long-press the M Button on the left/right side of the controller. There will be a vibration cue upon releasing the finger. You can then clear the Macro and Mapping functions of the MR/ML Buttons.
