Product Usage Instructions

  • Read the instruction manual carefully.
  • Ensure all parts are included in the package.
  • Assemble the steam mop as per the instructions provided.

  • PURPOSE OF THE APPLIANCE: for cleaning stone floors, tiles, and PVC floors, and also sealed wooden floors such as parquet and laminate.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The following requirements should be strictly observed to avoid situations hazardous to human life and health, as well as premature failures of the appliance:

  1. Connect the appliance only to a properly installed electric socket. Ensure that the power supply grid voltage corresponds to the one indicated on the appliance.
  2. The appliance should not be used by physically, sensory or mentallyhandicapped persons (including children) or by persons without sufficient experience or knowledge, unless such persons are under supervision, or have been instructed on the use of the appliance, by the persons responsible for their safety. Take precautions not to let children play with the appliance.
  3. Do not leave the appliance connected to power supply unattended.
  4. Disconnect the iron from the electric power grid before filling the water tank.
  5. If the power cable should be damaged, have it replaced by the Manufacturer, authorized service centre or similar skilled personnel to avoid dangerous situations.
  6. Do not use the appliance if the power cable or plug is damaged.
  7. Do not submerge the appliance in water.
  8. Do not allow the power cable to contact the hot sole of the appliance.
  9. Prior to putting the appliance away for storage let it cool downcompletely.
  10. Use and store the appliance on a stable surface.
  11. Do not operate the appliance if it has been dropped, has visible damage or leaks water.
  12. Do not connect the appliance to power supply via a timer or other remote control device.
  13. The surface of the heating element will remain hot for some time after the appliance is turned off.
  14. Accessible surfaces of the appliance can become very hot duringoperation.
  15. Special instructions for transportation (shipment) and sale: none.
  16. Should You decide to transfer the appliance to another person, pleasepass the present manual over along with it.
  17. Do not use on leather coverings, furniture and floors, waxed, synthetic, pile fabrics and other thin, steam-sensitive materials.

WORKING PROCEDURE ASSEMBLING

  1. Attach the main body to the mop head by snapping it into place
  2. Install the mental into the main body until it lock into right place
  3. The water tank is inside the main body, it does not need to be installed
  4. Steam mop assembly is now complete

DETERGENT TANK

  1. To remove the detergent tank press both release buttons and pull to release
  2. Twist the detergent tank cap anti-clockwise and lift to remove
  3. Pour of detergent and of water into the detergent tank
  4. (Replace the detergent tank cap and twist clockwise to close
  5. Insert the detergent tank back into the machine until it clicks into place

NOTE: Turn off the steam mop when no water in the tank. Fill the water tank with the water cup. Do not use chemicals in the water tank of your steam mop.

STEAM CONTROL

  1. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light flashes, after 30 seconds, the indicator light is on, the machine starts to work.
  2. When the red light is steady on, it proves that there is no water in the tank. You need to add water and then re-operate the power switch.

GETTING READY
The mop pad may have already come attached to the mop head.

  1. Set the mop head in the mop pad, making sure the quick-grip release tab is located on the back
  2. Fill the water tank
    • Press the buttons on both sides of the tank and pull it out
    • Pull out the rubber plug on the back of the tank
    • Fill the water tank with water. For beat results, water should be at room temperature
    • Replace the water tank and gently slide it into place
  3. Quickly release the power cord and insert it into the power socket
  4. The indicator will light up when the steam mop is ready to use press the steam level button to select the steam level you want.

NOTE: Upon first use of the steam mop or first use after refilling the water tank, the pump may make a “knocking” sound. This is normal and should only last a few seconds

BEFORE YOU CLEAN
Thoroughly sweep or vacuum the floor before cleaning with the steam mop

CLEANING HARD FLOORS
Your steam mop is designed to clean hard flooring such as ceramic tile, vinyl, laminate, marble, stone, and sealed hardwood floors. Use of your steam mop on waxed or unwaxed floors may result in diminished
glossiness. The steam mop is not for inconspicuous areas and check the care instructions from your flooring manufacturer.

  1. Plug the unit in and wait 30 seconds for it to heat up. Begin cleaning by slowly passing the unit over the floor surface.
  2. To turn off the steam mop, continue to press the steam level button until the blue light is illuminated above the steam level button
  3. When the steam mop mop stops emitting steam, unplug the unit. Simply remove the water tank, refill and continue steaming,

NOTE: Be sure to disinfect the floor, use a microfiber mat, and wipe it back and forth at least three times with continuous steam. For best results, remove the liner and clean it after.

CARE OF THE DEVICE

MICROFIBER CLEANING CLOTHS

  • Reusable microfiber cloths can be washed in the washing machine.
  • They are suitable for cleaning any hard floor coverings.
  • Microfiber cloths can be used for daily cleaning of softer parquet and laminate coverings, as well as for cleaning heavily soiled hard floors.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

  1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet
  2. Carefully remove the mop pad from the mop head. The mop pad and lowerassembly may be hot
  3. Any water remaining in the water tank should be emptied prior to machine storage
  4. The mop pad can be machine washed in warm water. Use only liquiddetergents. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach for best results, air dry
  5. Wrap power cord around hook on back of the steam mop
  6. Wipe all surfaces of the steam mop with a soft cloth. Store upright ina protected, dry area

DISPOSAL

GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE TERMS

  1. The guarantee shall be valid documentation conditions are observed:
    • The original Warranty Card shall be filled out correctly and clearly, indicating the of appliance model, serial number and sale date, the stamp of the seller company and signature of its representative shall be available, as well as the stamps on each coupon and the buyer’s signature in the Warranty Card.
    • The Manufacturer reserves the right to reject guarantee maintenance if the buyer fails to provide the abovementioned documents or if the information contained therein is incomplete, illegible or ambiguous.
  2. The guarantee shall be valid if the following operation conditions are observed:
    • the appliance is used in strict accordance with the present manual;
    • the safety rules and requirements are observed.
  3. The guarantee does not apply to regular maintenance, cleaning, installation and setup of the appliance at the owner’s location.
  4. The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
    • mechanical damage;
    • normal wear of the appliance;
    • non-observance of operation requirements or erroneous actions on the part of the user;
    • improper installation or transportation;
    • natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, etc.), as well as any other causes beyond the Manufacturer’s or Seller’s control;
    • ingress of foreign objects, liquids or insects into the inside of the appliance;
    • repairs or modifications to the appliance by unauthorized persons;
    • use of the appliance for commercial purposes (loads exceeding normal domestic application), connection of the appliance to utility and telecommunication networks incompliant with national technical standards;
    • failure of the following accessories, if replacement of these is allowed by design and does not involve disassembly of the appliance:
    • remote control units, rechargeable batteries, replaceable batteries (power cells), external power supply units and chargers;
    • consumables and accessories (packaging, covers, slings, carry bags, mesh screens, blades, flasks, plates, supports, grilles, spits, hoses, tubes, brushes, nozzles, dust collectors, filters, smell absorbers);
    • for battery-powered appliances – operation with inappropriate or depleted batteries;
    • for rechargeable battery-powered appliances – any damage caused by improper battery charging and recharging.
  5. The present guarantee is provided by the Manufacturer in addition to the consumer rights determined by the applicable legislation and does not limit these rights in any way.
  6. The Manufacturer shall not be made liable for possible damage, directly or indirectly inflicted by CENTEK brand products on people, domestic animals, the consumer’s or third persons’ property if such damage is inflicted as the result of non-observance of appliance installation and operation requirements, deliberate or negligent actions (omission) by the consumer or third persons, as well as of force majeure circumstances.
  7. Service centers will only accept appliances in a clean state (there should be no food residues, dust and other contamination on the appliance).
