Safety information

Please read the safety instructions carefully before using the product for the first time and keep the instructions for future reference.

  1. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets to avoid chewing and swallowing.
  2. Warning: This product includes are chargeable Polymer Li-ion battery.
  3. Product operating and storage temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius. Environments under and above this temperature might affect functionality. Ensure that the unit is completely cool. Store in a cool, dry place.
  4. Never open the product. Don’t remove any fixed covers as this may expose you to dangerous voltages. Do not touch the inside electronics, or you may get an electric shock. Repair or service are only to be performed by qualified personnel.
  5. Do not expose to heat, water, dust (dusty environment), moisture, direct sunlight!
  6. Never place naked flame or sources of heat on the beside of this products.
  7. The unit is not waterproof. If water or foreign objects enter the unit, it may result in fire or electric shock. If water or a foreign object enters the unit, stop using it immediately.
  8. Do not block the ventilation openings. The product needs them to disperse heat.
  9. Do not place the product in closed cupboards, shelving or areas without proper ventilation.
  10. Only charge with the supplied USB cable. And ensure that all electrical connections (including the mains plug, extension leads and interconnections between pieces of equipment) are properly made in accordance with the instructions.
  11. Do not use non original accessories together with the product as this can make the product functionality abnormal.
  12. Never leave the appliance unsupervised when it is in use
  13. Unplug the cord from the mains if the appliance malfunctions during use.
  14. Unplug the cord from the mains after use and before storing.
  15. Unplug the cord from the mains when change any connections.
  16. There are no user serviceable parts in the product. When servicing, refer to qualified service personnel.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Charging Your Powerbank

  1. Before using it for the first time please fully charge the battery!
  2. Please use the Type C cable provided to charge your powerbank, connect the Type-C end to the powerbank, and connect the other end to your computer USB port or any other adaptor.
  3. While it is Charging, the battery indicator will flash. The four indicators on the left are power indicators, which show the battery remaining capacity from left to right: 100%-75%-50%-25%.
  4. When charging is completed, four LED indicator lights will stay on white, please remove the charge cable after fully charged.

Charging Your Phone or Other Devices

  1. Ensure that your Powerbank is fully charged.
  2. Use the Type C output port or USB output port on the powerbank to charge your phone or any other device. While charging your phone or other devices, the LED indicators for battery remaining capacity will flash.

Wireless Charging Your iPhone

  1. Ensure that your Powerbank is fully charged.
  2. Place your mobile phone in the centre of the wireless charging surface, and press the switch button to turn on the wireless charging function. Then the powerbank will charge your iPhone now.
  3. Check your mobile phone is successfully charging.
  4. While the powerbank is charging your iPhone, the LED indicator will stay green.
  5. If the wireless charging indicator light flashes then there is an issue with charging. Try re-positioning your phone or remove your phone case.

Note:

  1. Ensure the protective case does not create distance between the charging pad and the back of the phone that is greater than 4mm.
  2. Do not charge your phone in a metal case or any magnetically sensitive devices, such as metallic studs, magnetic clasps, or a magnetic plate, in this case please remove the case before placing your phone.
