- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of
- the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- The scale is for household use only and not for medical or commercial purposes.
- Children under 8 or individuals who are pregnant, have osteoporosis, a pacemaker, artificial joints, portable ECG, or other metal implants should use the scale for weighing purposes only and make sure to wear shoes to prevent any
- electric current when stepping onto the scale.
- All body composition data provided is for reference and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional.
- Do not overload the scale. (Maximum Capacity: 400lb / 180kg)
- Inspect the scale for any damage before each use. Do not use a damaged scale to avoid inaccuracy or injury.
- In case of any malfunction, check the battery power first. If necessary, replace the batteries.
- To ensure accuracy, use the scale on a hard, flat and dry surface.
- To avoid interference or danger, do not use the scale in an environment near equipment with strong electromagnetic fields.
- To prevent injury, do not stand on the edges of the scale, jump on or stomp it.
- The scale is a delicate and precise measuring device. Handle with care to avoid breakage.
- The scale is not waterproof. Keep it dry and never submerge it in water. To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or glass cleaner. Do not use soap or chemical cleaning agents.
- Do not expose the scale to direct sunlight or use it in high temperatures or extremely humid areas. Store the scale in a cool, dry place.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the scale for any reason, as this may cause damage or void the warranty.
About the Battery
- Do not expose the appliance or battery to excessive temperatures.
- Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
- Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance and safely disposed of.
- If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, the batteries should be removed.
- Do not use modified or damaged batteries.
- Be aware of the risk of terminals of the battery-operated appliance or battery being short-circuited by metal objects.
- This appliance contains non-rechargeable batteries, these batteries are not to be recharged.
- Always insert batteries correctly according to the polarity (+ and -) marked on the battery and scale.
- Do not heat, short-circuit, force discharge, encapsulate and/or modify the batteries. Do not deform or dismantle the batteries.
- Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
- Do not charge the batteries.
- Do not weld or solder directly to batteries.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
- Do not allow children to replace batteries without adult supervision.
- Store unused batteries in their original packaging away from metal objects. If already unpacked, do not mix or jumble batteries.
SAVE THESE STEP
Step 1
Install the provided batteries into the scale before use. Always insert batteries correctly according to the polarity ( + and -) marked on the battery and scale.
Step 2
Use the scale on a flat and hard surface. Avoid any carpeting.

App Guides
- Download the Renpho Health App Search “Renpho Health” from Apple Store or Google Play or scan the QR code below to download the app.
- Due to continuous updates and improvements, the “Renpho Health” App may appear slightly different.
- Log in/Sign up
- a. Log in directly with your existing Renpho App account.
- b. If you don’t have any Renpho App account, tap “Sign up”. Use your email address to register a new account and complete your profile information.
- c. You can also log in using Guest Mode if you do not wish to register an account.
- Note : The Guest mode does not support the WiFi mode and your measurements will not be saved if you log in on another device.
- Add Device Method 1
- a. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- For iOS (iOS 12.0 or above), Bluetooth permission is required.
- For Android systems (Android 7.0 or above), location is also required.
- b. Step on the scale and a window will pop up.
- c. Tap “Pair” to pair your smartphone with the Body Fat Scale.
- Method 2
- a. Tap “+” on the top right corner of the “Home Page” to connect manually.
- b. Tap “Body Fat Scale”.
- c. Step on the scale following the in-app instructions until a window pops up.
- d. Tap “+” to connect. (The Bluetooth icon will be solid white on the scale‘s display once the pairing is successful.)
Note : When pairing the scale with your smartphone for the first time, you have to use the Bluetooth connection to finish the first measurement. After completing the first measurement successfully, you could continue to pair the scale via WiFi.
*Pair the scale with your phone via WiFi
- a. Go to the “Device Page”.
- b Tap “ ” to enter the “Select WiFi Page”.
- c. Select the 2.4GHz WiFi and enter the correct WiFi password. (5GHz WiFi is not currently supported.)
- d. Step on the scale and keep standing still until the WiFi icon turns solid white on the scale’s display, indicating a successful connection.
Note : Measuring in WiFi mode allows you to measure without running the app, and the body weight, BMI and body fat percentage will be shown directly on the scale’s display in sequence
IMPORTANT
If the scale has been moved or turned upside down, it must be calibrated to ensure accurate results.
- Please place your scale on a hard and flat surface. Avoid any carpeting.
- Place one foot on the scale to wake it up.
- When the display shows digits, remove your foot.
- The scale will show “CAL” then “0.0” or “0.00” to indicate calibrating is complete.
