Charging
- Fully dry off the USB-C charging port before charging.
- Fully charge the tablet keyboard case before the first use.
- When the power of the keyboard is too low, the power indicator light will flash red.
Please charge in time to ensure normal use.
Note:
When the power level is low, the transmission of the keyboard may be delayed,
stuck, and unstable.
Pairing
- Toggle the power switch to ON(1), the power indicator turns to blue for 1 second and then goes out, and the keyboard is turned on.
- The keyboard will automatically enter pairing mode after the first power is on. You can also press and hold Pairing Button ‘ ‘ for 3 seconds to enter the pairing mode, and then the pairing indicator will flash rapidly.
- Go to settings and turn the device’s “Bluetooth” on.
- Search for ” Wireless Keyboard” and click “Pair”.
- Then the keyboard is connected, pairing successfully.
Note:
- If the keyboard is turned on for 3 minutes without being connected to any devices, it will enter sleep mode automatically until you press any key or press and hold (os for 3 seconds to repair.
- If the keyboard has already been paired with the iPad, it will automatically connect next time without pairing again.
Sleep Mode
- When you do not use the keyboard for more than 30 minutes, the keyboard will automatically go to sleep mode and disconnect from devices.
- Before using the keyboard, please press any key to wake it up and the keyboard will automatically connect to the device within 3 seconds.
Note: The touchpad can not wake the keyboard up when it is in sleep mode.

FAQs
Q1. I can't find the keyboard name on the iPad.
A: 1. Please make sure you have opened the keyboard to ON status; 2. Please press the co button for 3 seconds till the indicator flashes rapidly; 3. If you tried both 1 & 2, then kindly reset the keyboard or the iPad.
Q2: Why can't I type in Spanish, French, or other small languages?
A: Our keyboards are standard US English versions, if you want to type in small languages, first you need to upload the keyboard language to your iPad. (Must connected keyboard) Then you need to change the input to the correct language. Settings-General-Keyboard-Keyboard-Add new keyboard.
Q3: Can I use the keyboard for Samsung tablets or smartphones?
A: Though our keyboard case combo is only for iPad 10th because of the cover, if you want to use the keyboard for Other Tablets or Smartphones, the Normal function is the same, just has a little difference for the shortcut keys and touchpad.
Q4: Why can't I use the touchpad?
A: Please press fn+shift+spacebar to open or close the touchpad.
Q5: Why do I press the caps to switch the languages?
A: Please follow the below steps Setting-General-Keyboard-Hardware keyboard- Turn off the Switches languages using Caps Lock.
