Product Usage Instructions

Assembly Instructions:

1. Ensure you have all the components from the package.

2. Connect the extension daughter cards to the Discrete double
   pulse tester EVBUM2897 using the board edge connectors.

3. If using discrete MOSFETs, assemble them into the daughter
   cards’ test points DUT1 and DUT2.

4. If assembling with offered onsemi discrete parts, follow the
   provided guidelines for assembly.

Operation Instructions:

1. Power on the Discrete Double Pulse Tester and ensure proper
   connections.

2. Follow the tester’s user manual for initiating tests using the
   daughter cards.

3. Monitor the test results and troubleshoot any issues if
