Remote
- POWER- Switch on or switch off receiver
- MUTE Switch on or switch off receiver’s sound.
- FIND- Search channel, program or application.
- 0-9 – Numerical key.
- Subtitle – Display Subtitle information of channel.
- FAV -A shortcut to the favorite channel list.
- Group – A shortcut to channel group list.
- Page up/down.
- Adjust receiver’s volume.
- EPG- Display Electronic program Guide information.
- INFO- Display detailed information of channel, program or application .
- Moving the highlight to left right.
- Moving the highlight to up/down.
- OK – Confirm the selection.
- MENU- The entry of appl1cat1on’s functions.
- Back to the previous menu.
- COLORIZED KEYS – Entries of application’s key functions.
- Record program to local storage such as USB stick.
- PLAY- Start to play media.
- Pause the playing of media.
- STOP- Exit the playing of media.

Preparation

Connecting Internet cable
Connect Ethernet cable to the ‘Ethernet’ Port of the rear panel of the box. -
Connecting the TV
Connecting TV via HDMI cable. -
Power ON/OFF
There are several ways to turn the box ON or OFF.-
Complete Power Shutdown
Remove the power supply, it takes a longer time to boot the system if you turned it off by this way. -
Standby Mode
Press the POWER button to turn the box on or off.
The box includes a standby mode for lower power consumption which locates at [Setting >System Options>Real standby].
If Real standby set to OFF, the system is not completely shutdown and thus it takes a few seconds to restart.

First Time Installation
When you switch the box on for the first time, the easy installation starts automatically with the language selection.

Language Selection
Use button to scroll up and down to select the desired language and confirm with OK button. -
Press ► button to go to next region setting.
Use button to scroll up and down to select the desired time zone and confirm with OK button. -
Press ► button to go to next search setting.
Use button to scroll up and down to setup the portal URL etc. -
Full Settings Menu.
After installation guider, you can enter the Settings menu through Main menu and set everything what you may need.

Troubleshooting
Before you contact your local service center, please read the following tips carefully.
- No video on TV
- Check first if the product is powered on and in operational mode.
- Check if the video cable is properly connected between TV and the box.
- Check if the internet cable is properly connected between Router and the box.
- Problem with audio quality
- Check if your audio cable is connected correctly.
- Check the volume level of your TV and the box.
- Check if the box or TV is on mute.
- Check the audio option if it is correctly selected for the program that you are currently watching.
- Poor audio and video quality
- Check if the internet cable is properly connected between Router and the box and the internet bandwidth is enough.
- Remote control problem
- Check if the battery is low power.
- Point the remote control directly toward the box.
- Make sure that nothing blocks the front panel display.
- Recording problem
- Check if the HOD has a sufficient space for recording.
- Check if there is a conflict between recordings.
