  3. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by or near children.
  4. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool prior to cleaning the product.
  5. Do NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Should this occur, contact Chefman® Customer Support for examination, repair, or adjustment.
  6. Do NOT let the cord hang over the edge of a table or countertop or touch hot surfaces.
  7. Do NOT place appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  8. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to OFF, then remove plug from wall outlet.
  9. Do NOT use the appliance for other than intended use.
  10. When alternating between WARM and COOL functions, turn the switch to OFF first. After 2 minutes, turn the switch from COOL to WARM.
  11. When using in a car, disconnect the plug from the outlet when the appliance is not in use or when the car is not running.
  12. Allow adequate ventilation on all sides of the unit when in operation. Keep the fan free of obstructions.

Save these instructions For household use only
WARNING: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way or force it into the outlet. This could result in injury or electric shock. Short Cord Instructions A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards of entanglement or tripping over a longer cord. Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If a longer detachable power-supply extension cord is used:

  1. The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
  2. The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.

Power Cord Safety Tips

  1. Never pull or yank on the cord or the appliance.
  2. To insert the plug, grasp it firmly and guide it into the outlet.
  3. To disconnect the appliance, grasp the plug and remove it from the outlet.
  4. Never use the product if the power cord shows signs of abrasion or excessive wear. Contact Chefman® Customer Support for additional guidance and support.
  5. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this could place undue stress on the cord where it enters the appliance and cause it to fray and break.

DO NOT OPERATE THE APPLIANCE IF THE POWER CORD SHOWS ANY DAMAGE OR IF THE APPLIANCE WORKS INTERMITTENTLY OR STOPS WORKING ENTIRELY.

How to Use the Mini Fridge

Before First Use

  1. Remove all packaging materials, such as plastic bags and foam inserts. Check to ensure that all parts and accessories are included before throwing out packaging.
  2. Read and remove any stickers on the mini fridge except for the rating label, which should remain on the unit.
  3. Wipe down the interior, exterior, and removable shelf with a clean, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.

Using the Mini Fridge
The mini fridge’s small size makes it perfect for the office, bedroom, or car, and the removable shelf can be adjusted or taken out for convenient storage options. Plus, not only does it keep cold things cold, but with the flip of a switch, it can also keep hot items warm.

  1. Select your desired cord and plug. The mini fridge can be plugged into a wall socket to be used at home or in the office, or it can be plugged into a 12V power outlet for portable use in the car.
  2. Connect the plug of the chosen cord into the corresponding outlet on the back of the mini fridge. Connect the other end of the cord into the appropriate power outlet.
  3. Once plugged in, you can choose either the hot or cold function. Turn the switch to COOL for cooling mode, and the green LED light will illuminate. Alternatively, turn the switch to WARM for warming mode, and the red LED light will illuminate. When the switch is turned to OFF, the mini fridge will function as an insulated box.
  4. For best results, have items already chilled or heated before placing in the mini fridge.
  5. The shelf can be adjusted or removed to accommodate food, beverages, or other items. Simply slide the shelf out from the corresponding slots inside the mini fridge to remove. To replace or move to a different shelf level, line up the shelf with the slots and slide it back in. The mini fridge can fit up to six 12 oz cans when the shelf is removed.
  6. Unplug the mini fridge when not in use. Open the door and let it come to room temperature before cleaning and storing.

Keep it Clean

  1. Make sure the mini fridge is unplugged and at room temperature.
  2. Wipe the inside and outside of the mini fridge with a clean, damp cloth. Wash the shelf with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do NOT immerse the mini fridge or power cords in water or any other liquid.
  3. IMPORTANT: In the COOL operation mode, the unit may develop frost that can lead to liquid condensation when switched OFF or to WARM. This is normal. Periodically wipe the interior surfaces with a dry cloth to ensure clean and dry operating conditions.
  4. Always ensure the mini fridge is completely dry before storing it in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and pets.
