Download the App before establishing a connection with the davice.

Search for “icam365” in the Apple Store or Google Play and download it!
Register Login
Open the icam365 app and use third-party shortcuts to log in or register an
account.
Add Device
When adding a device, please chack that the device is powered and the power
switch is on

Initial addition requires waiting for the device to be automatically networked
SIM card is activating the network
The device is being added for the first time to activate the network through
the SIM card, it will take 3-5 minutes to activate, please be patient. If not
completed for along time please try
- check whether the power supply is normal;
- check if SIM is normal,
- press and hold the reset button, wait for the device to reset and add again;
- keep the device away from signal interference;

Can connect to WiFi?| Wi-Fi is not supported, only 4G network is supported
What is the amount of 4G data consumed per month?| The amount of traffic
consumed by the camera depends on the resolution you have selected for
viewing. The higher the resolution, the more traffic is consumed. The longer
the preview video and video playback time, the more data is consumed. The more
times the PIR sensor is triggered, the more traffic is digested. The camera
consumes about 2-8GB of cellular data per month.
How do I set the alert alarm tone?| Enter the device settings page, select the
allert voice, you can switch the alert sound or custom recording and other
settings, if there is no option may be the device does not support.
