WARNING

THIS EQUIPMENT IS SUPPLIED WITHOUT OIL TO LUBRICATE THE CHAIN / IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THE TENSION OF THE CHAIN IF THE TENSIONING PIN DOES NOT FIT CORRECTLY ON THE SABER AND IT WILL ALSO  MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO FIT THE SABER COVER.

  • FIT THE CHAIN LINKS INTO THE SABER CHANNEL. ADJUST THE TENSION OF THE CHAIN THROUGH THE TENSION ADJUSTMENT SCREW;

  • AFTER ADJUSTING THE CHAIN, TIGHTEN THE CAP NUTS WITH A SUITABLE WRENCH;

  • MAKE SURE THE CHAIN IS PROPERLY LUBRICATED BY BRINGING THE TIP OF THE SABER CLOSER TO THE GROUND, KEEPING THE ENGINE HALF ACCELERATED, AND CHECK FOR OIL DROPLETS;

WARNING

CHECK THE OIL LEVEL OF THE CHAIN AT EACH FUEL SUPPLY / DRY WOOD CUTTING REQUIRES MORE LUBRICATION / NEVER USE BURNED OR RECLAIMED OIL / THE INDICATED OIL IS SAE10W30 OR SAE20W50 / SEE TOYAMA LUBRICANT LINE.

HOLE FOR CHAIN AND SABER LUBRICATION OIL
