Product Usage Instructions
Configure the Extender
- Method 1: Via TP-Link Tether App
- Download and install the TP-Link Tether app.
- Follow the app instructions to set up your extender.

- Plug the extender into an electrical outlet.
- Visit the designated web page and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial configuration.
Relocate the Extender
To improve signal quality, place the extender halfway between your router and the Wi-Fi dead zone as illustrated in the manual.
Connecting Devices:
Connect your devices to the extender using the extended SSID and Wi-Fi
password set during configuration. The default Wi-Fi password is the same as
your host network.
Using Ethernet Connection:
If your extender has an Ethernet port, you can use it as a wireless adapter
for Ethernet-only devices. Connect the extender to your router and then
connect your Ethernet-only device to the extender via an Ethernet cable.

Disable the Wi-Fi on your computer. Connect your computer to the extender via an Ethernet cable.
