Attention
shake and damage the soldering iron.

  • When replacing the parts, the original parts shall be used.
  • Do not change the soldering iron without permission.
  • Do not wet the iron, or wet hands should not use the iron.
  • The welding will smoke, and the factory should be well ventilated
  • When using a soldering iron, do not make any rash action that may injure the body or damage objects.
  • Children do not know the dangers of electrical products, so this product should be used and stored in places that are not easily accessible to children or under adult supervision.

Functional specifications

Main product parameters

  • Input voltage: AC110V 50/60Hz AC220V 50/60Hz
  • Power: 120W
  • Peak power : 160W (MAX)
  • Temperature control range: 392°F-932°F

Installation instructions

A. the connection
Note: When connecting and disconnecting the handle, be sure to turn off the power to avoid dam- aging the control circuit board

  1. Connect the handle device to the handle socket of the host machine.
  2. Heating core required by the device
  3. Put the welding table well and put the handle on the handle rack.
  4. Connect the power supply.
  5. Turn on the power switch and the display window displays “–“, at which time the welding table is in standby state.

Temperature setting and storage

  • Warming: Directly press the button once, then the set temperature rises by 1°C, and the temperature parameter display window displays the set temperature; If you hold the button for at least a second, Then set the temperature to rise rapidly until the required setting temperature release button.
  • Cool: Press button once, set temperature drop by 1°C, temperature parameter display window shows set temperature; If you hold the button for at least a second, set the temperature to drop quickly and release the button when you need to set the temperature.
  • Storage: After setting the parameter value, select the required setting channel in “CH1”, “CH2” and “CH3”. Long press “CH1″ to save the modified data on the ‘CH1” channel. Similarly, long pressing “CH2″ or ‘CH3” saves the data on the “CH2” or “CH3” channels.
  • Bring up the: When the memory data needs to be called out, just press “CH1* (less than 1 second) to call out the saved data. Similarly, press “CH2″| or “CH3” to call out the memory data.

Use the iron cartridge

  • Removed:
Place handle on socket and pull out tip of soldering iron.

  • Insert
Insert the tip of the soldering iron into the hole, press down gently and press into position.

Temperature display conversion between Celsius and Fahrenheit

In the power on state, press and hold the key and   key at the same time to switch the degree centigrade or Fahrenheit degree. The unit shows centigrade” °C “and Fahrenheit “°F”

Setting of buzzer: Press and hold “CH1” and “CH2” at the same time in the boot state to turn off or enable the buzzer. When enabled, is displayed and a prompt is sounded. Turn off and the sound symbol is not displayed.

Calibration temperature
Recalibrate the temperature whenever the heating element is replaced. This machine adopts digital temperature calibration mode, the correction value is input by the key, the adjustment is simple and fast.

  1. Set the machine temperature at 350°C. When the temperature is stable, put the soldering iron head on the probe position of the soldering iron thermometer.
  2. Press and hold “CH1” and “CH3” at the same time until 350 flashes and the display shows that “Cal Temp” machine enters the temperature calibration mode
  3. Press the temperature setting key input tester read value. After input, press “CH2” to exit the calibration mode and display the current actual temperature in a few seconds. The calibration is complete.

Touch heating up
In the working state, use the metal ring of the handle to touch the heating touch block above the maintenance. The temperature will rise 70 degrees immediately, and automatically return to the set temperature after 15 seconds. Enable/turn off the Touch function: When in use, press and hold “CH2” and “CH3” to enable/turn off the touch function.

Maintenance and use

  • Tip temperature of soldering iron
Too high a temperature will weaken the tip function, so choose the lowest possible temperature. This tip has excellent temperature recovery and can be fully welded at lower temperatures to protect temperature sensitive elements.

  • When cleaning up Use a clean sponge to clean the tip regularly.
After welding, the oxide and carbide derived from the residual flux of the tip will damage the tip, causing welding errors, or reduce the heat conduction function of the tip.

  • Clean up when not in use
Do not use the iron, do not let the iron in the high temperature for a long time, will make the solder on the iron head into oxide, resulting in the heat conduction function of the iron head greatly decreased.

  • Low after use
After use, clean the tip of the soldering iron and coat it with new tin layer to prevent oxidation.

Check and clean the tip of the soldering iron

Note: Do not file the iron to remove the oxide.

  1. Et the temperature at 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. After the temperature is stable, clean the tip with a cleaning sponge and check the condition of the tip. If the tin part of the soldering iron contains black oxide, coat the soldering iron with a new tin layer, then wipe the soldering iron with a clean sponge until the oxide is completely removed, then coat the soldering iron with a new thin layer.
  3. If the tip of the soldering iron is deformed or produces heavy rust, a new one must be replaced.

Replacement of heating core
This welding table USES the heating core integrated with the welding head. After power failure and cooling, directly unplug the old one and plug in the new one.
