ACTIVITY DESCRIPTIONS

360 VIDEO MEMORY : Capture your Tahoe memory with a 360 degree video clip.

ARCHERY : Join us and learn to use a bow and arrow. A great practice of patience and breath work, archery allows you to sharpen your focus and define your aim and intention. Come have fun developing new skills and expanding your goals. (1 Hour) For guests age 8+

BEACH YOGA : Start your morning stretching and breathing in the clean mountain air with Yoga on the Beach. Lead by one of the great instructors from “The Sanctuary” that we have partnered with. This 45 minute class is for all ages and abilities. (45 Minutes)

CHICKADEE RIDGE HIKE : Enjoy stunning meadow vistas and friendly chickadee birds on this scenic hike! (2 Hours – 2.5 Miles)

CLIMBING WALL : Meet at the climbing wall. The climbing wall is outdoors, so choose weather-appropriate clothing that is comfortable but not too baggy. Wear closed toe shoes. Cost: $15 for 3 climbs For guests 50 lbs – 250 lbs

DJ BEACH YOGA : Join DJ Joolz and yoga expert Alex Farrar-Yrigoyen for a lakefront yoga session. Bring your own yoga mat to our private beach. Cost: $20, includes voucher for one beverage at The Nest Bar & Grill. 50% of proceeds go to Tahoe Family Solutions. (1 Hour)

FAMILY ZONE : Come poolside to get creative with family crafts and enjoy various lawn games. (2 Hours)

FLOATING MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION : Recharge by starting your day in our heated pool. Immerse yourself in water, focusing on breath, fluid movements, and serene floating meditation. Reservations required 12 hours in advance Time: 45 Minutes Location: Stillwater Pool.

FLUME HIKE : This guided adventure will begin just above the Mount Rose overlook of Lake Tahoe. Enjoy this leisure hike in the woods with peekaboo views of the lake from various vantage points with little elevation gain. Picturesque views, canvas backpacks, water, and lunch provided. Cost: $25 Time: 4.5 hours (9 Miles)

HATCHET THROWING : Bring out your inner lumberjack! Come learn the art of throwing a hatchet. Breathing and focus lead us to achieving our goals, so come practice in a true mountain experience. (1 hour) For guests age 12+

KAYAK/SUP RENTALS : Discover Lake Tahoe’s beauty with our exclusive kayak and SUP service, reserved for our guests. Enjoy the stunning surroundings from 9am to 4pm, first-come, first-served, weather dependent. (1 hour) Kayak for guests age 6+, SUP Rental for guests age 16+

LINE DANCING : Dancers of all ages will learn basic routines you can bring to your next party. This class is beginner friendly, but advanced dancers, feel free to join and show off your best moves. (1 hour) Location: Tahoe Adventure room on 4th floor

LOLLIPOP LOOP TRAIL : Experience Tahoe’s history on a moderate hike with remnants of the Flume trail  and the Old Mt. Rose Highway. Lesstraveled, it offers beautiful lake vistas, perfect for families and well-behaved pups! (2 Hours – 3 Miles)

MONKEY ROCK GUIDED HIKE : Expect a lot of “bang for your buck” in terms of epic views following a relatively short hike! Enjoy a little cardio, panoramic views of North Lake Tahoe and of course, Monkey Rock. (2 Hours – 2.5 Miles)

MONKEY ROCK MEDITATION : Join us for guided meditation amid panoramic Lake Tahoe views. After a short forest trek to Monkey Rock, let Mother Nature ground your practice. Breathe in the fresh Tahoe air! (2 Hours)

MOUNTAINSIDE MARTINIS : Explore Lake Tahoe’s panoramic vistas on a guided hike, followed by a bespoke martini crafted by our expert guide. Savor the blend of nature’s beauty and mixology amidst the Sierra Nevada backdrop. Cost: $30 (1.5 Hours)

OSTERIA SIERRA WINE TASTING : Savor a taste of Italy with 3 Italian vinos and light bites, overlooking the mountains of Tahoe.

Cost : $25 (45 Minutes) For guests age 21+

PHOTO BOOTH : Strike a pose and create lasting memories as you and your loved ones snap fun and candid shots at our onsite photo booth.

PINECONE HUNT : Bring the family (and well-behaved pups!) along for a nice walk in the woods that run adjacent to our resort. (1 Hour)

RISE & SHINE KAYAK: Experience the sunrise on Lake Tahoe with a one- of-a-kind adventure on the water.

*Please be advised, you will get wet.

Cost : $25 (2 Hours) For guests age 6+, Ages 6-17 must be accompanied by an adult

SMART PHONE PHOTOGRAPHY : Refine your smartphone photography with advanced techniques in composition, lighting, and basic editing during our property photo walk. (1.5 Hours)

SOAP & BUBBLES: Master the art of bespoke soap making in this hands-on class, while sipping a glass of bubbly.

Cost : $15 Time: 1 hour Location: Tahoe Adventure room on 4th floor All ages welcome, N/A beverages available

SOUND BATH : Relax and find balance with soothing Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls in an evening session perfect for all ages. Ideal for unwinding and preparing for a restful night’s sleep. (45 Minutes)

SUP MEDITATION : Begin your day welcoming the sunrise over the mountains while centering mind, body and breath floating above the clear waters of Lake Tahoe. You may get wet. (1 Hour) For guests age 16+, Ages 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult

WATER GARDEN MORNING STRETCH : Revitalize your body with deep stretches, suitable for all ages and abilities. (45 Minutes)

YOGA : Enjoy a 45 minute yoga session in nature featuring a variety of styles from vinyasa, slow-flow and yin yoga. (45 Minutes)
