Product Usage Instructions
Antenna Connectors: Screw the supplied cellular antennas to the corresponding connectors. Ensure the device is switched off before attaching or replacing antennas to prevent damage to the 5G modules.
- Power: Use only the provided power adapter.
- Reset Button: Press up to 5 seconds for the device to restart. Press until the first flashing up of all LEDs for configuration reset and device restart.
- Ethernet Interface: Use the cable with the kiwi-colored connectors to connect ETH1 to your PC or LAN switch.
- Serial USB-C Configuration Interface: Use a USB-C cable for optional configuration of the device on the serial console (cable not included).
- Micro SIM Card Slot: Insert the SIM card following the correct position marking. To remove, lightly press into the slot.
Safety Precautions
- Before initial startup, refer to the installation guide for intended use instructions.
- Operate the device with a professionally installed power supply.
- Do not insert or remove SIM cards or antennas while the device is switched on to avoid damage to 5G modules.
Device Setup
- Use self-adhesive rubber pads when setting up on a table.
- Avoid placing objects on top of the device and stacking multiple units.
- Ensure ventilation slots are clear of obstructions.
- For wall or ceiling mounting, use LANCOM Wall Mount (LN) (sold separately).
- If using additional antennas, do not exceed the maximum permissible transmission power.

Mounting & Connecting

5G antenna connectors
Screw the supplied cellular antennas to the corresponding connectors.
Antennas may only be attached or replaced when the device is switched off. Mounting or dismounting while the device is switched on may destroy the 5G modules! -
Power
Use only the supplied power adapter -
Reset button
Pressed up to 5 seconds: device restart
Pressed until first flashing up of all LEDs: configuration reset and device restart -
Ethernet interface
Use the cable with the kiwi-colored connectors to connect the interface ETH1 to your PC or a LAN switch. -
Serial USB-C configuration interface
A USB-C cable can be used for optional configuration of the device on the serial console. (cable not included) -
Micro SIM card slot
When inserting the SIM card, pay attention to the marking for the correct position. Make sure that the card clicks into place in the slot.
To remove the card, press it lightly into the slot. This releases the card from the locked position in the slot.
The SIM card may only be inserted or removed when the device is switched off. Inserting or removing while the device is switched on may destroy the 5G modules!
- Before initial startup, please make sure to take notice of the information regarding the intended use in the enclosed installation guide!
- Operate the device only with a professionally installed power supply at a nearby power socket that is freely accessible at all times.
- The power plug of the device must be freely accessible.
- Please note that support for third-party accessories is not provided.
Please observe the following when setting up the device
- When setting up on the table, use the enclosed self-adhesive rubber pads, if applicable.
- Do not rest any objects on top of the device and do not stack multiple devices.
- Keep all ventilation slots of the device clear of obstruction.
- Lockable wall and ceiling mounting using the LANCOM Wall Mount (LN)(available as an accessory)
- When working with separately purchased antennas, please ensure you do not exceed the maximum permissible transmission power. The system operator is responsible for compliance with the limit values.
