Advanced detection

• Two infrared (IR) sensors and one microwave sensor
• Adjustable motion detection range using the angle mount
• 85° vertical viewing angle with no blind spots under the detector

Eliminating false alarms

• IR sensors alarm verification via a Ka-band microwave sensor
• Three sensitivity levels adjustable through the Ajax app
• Correlation and spectral analysis to prevent false alarms
• Effective motion detection with temperature compensation from -25 °C to +60 °C

Photo verification

MotionCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweller has a built-in camera to quickly assess the situation at the protected facility. There are four types of photo verification available: by alarm, by scenario, by schedule, and on demand. The user can request and view photos with a single click in the Ajax app.

Photo by Alarm
The built-in camera is activated when the detector is armed and motion is detected. Only users with access to the hub event feed and security company employees can view the photos.

Photo by Scenario
The detector’s camera automatically takes photos when specified devices are triggered.

Photo on Demand
The user can take photos at any time or when the detector is armed (depending on the settings). Photos on demand are not sent to the security company’s monitoring station.

Photo by Schedule
The detector automatically takes photos at a specified time.

Jeweller and Wings wireless communication

• Up to 1,700 m of wireless communication range in an open space
• Block cipher encryption for advanced data protection

Privacy controls
