PAIRING HEADSET WITH 2.4GHZ
COMPATIBILITY: PC, PS4, PS5, NINTENDO SWITCH (INVALID MICROPHONE)
- Insert 2.4GHz USB Dongle into USB port of your device.
- Toggle headset power switch on
- Headset LED will blink blue once connected.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
COMPATIBILITY: MOBILE, TABLET, PC, NINTENDO SWITCH VERSION 13.0.0 OR HIGHER (INVALID MICROPHONE), OTHER BLUETOOTH ENABLE DEVICES

1. Toggle headset power switch on
- LED will flash blue and red as it enters pairing mode
- Settings –> Bluetooth –> Pair you device with ‘Captain 300″
NOTE :- Captain 300 can only connect to a single Bluetooth device at a time.
SWITCHING BETWEEN 2.4GHZ AND BLUETOOTH
- Press and hold 3 seconds or longer of Light Control Button
– Switch to 2.4Ghz, sound notification “Adapter connection”
– Switch to Bluetooth, sound notification “Bluetooth connection’
USING THE HEADSET IN WIRED MODE
COMPATIBILITY: XBOX ALL SERIES, MOBILE, TABLET, PC, PS4, PS5, NINTENDO SWITCH (INVALID MICROPHONE)
- Plug the included 3.5mm cable into the 3.5mm jack on the headset. The headset will turn off automatically, which is a normal phenomenon. NOTE : The 3.5mm aux port will function even if your Captain 300 is powered off or out of battery life.
- Plug the other end of the 3.5mm cable into the 3.5mm jack on the audio source device.
- [optional] If your device has two separate 3.5mm jacks, then you need a 3.5mm splitter adapter cable to connect the headset and the computer.
MICROPHONE TROUBLESHOOTING
- Insert the microphone tightly .
- Press Mute Button Check to make sure you’re unmuted.
- Check your app permission em On ssing the nicrop4one.
