Product Usage Instructions

Power On & Connect
Ensure the headset is powered on and connected to your device using the provided USB wireless dongle for a seamless experience across PC, Mac, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, mobile, and Mac platforms.

Bluetooth Pairing
To pair via Bluetooth, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing slider for more than 2 seconds. Access your device’s Bluetooth settings, search for “JBL Quantum 360,” and connect when discovered.

Button Commands
Use the various button commands to control game volume, chat volume, master volume, and microphone mute/unmute functions.

First Time Setup

• Connect the headset to your PC using the 2.4GHz USB wireless connection.
• Navigate to Sound Settings -> Sound Control Panel.
• Set JBL Quantum 360 Wireless Game as default playback device.
• Set JBL Quantum 360 Wireless Chat as default communication device.
• Set JBL Quantum 360 Wireless Chat as default recording device.
• Choose JBL Quantum 360 Wireless Chat in your chat application as the default audio device.
• Follow on-screen instructions to personalize sound settings.

Dual Source Switching
Easily switch between different sources like 2.4GHz wireless and other options for flexible audio connectivity.

Microphone and Charging

First time setup

6. In your chat application select “JBL QUANTUM 360 WIRELESS CHAT” as the default audio device.
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to personalize your sound settings.
