Making 3D font embroidery with urethane foam
You can make 3D font embroidery by using urethane foam for embroidery with the newly added 3D font patterns. Follow the procedure below or refer to the instructional video for details. The machines screen in the video may differ depend on the model you use.

· Firmly secure the urethane foam with tape so that it does not shift during embroidering.

· If the urethane foam sticks out between stitches, heat it with an iron to shrink it and to improve the finish. Apply steam with a steam iron in order to avoid crushing the embroidery. If your iron does not have a steam function, apply heat from a distance to avoid direct contact with the embroidery.
· If the iron temperature is too high, the thread or fabric may melt.

· Adjust the thread tension so that the bobbin thread is tighter and the upper thread is looser. If the upper thread is too tight, the bobbin thread will be visible from the right side of the fabric, and the embroidery will not have a clean finish. When embroidering is finished, remove the tape securing m the urethane foam.

· Consulte o tamanho do padrão na tela para determinar o tamanho necessário da espuma de uretano e, em seguida, corte a espuma com um pouco de excesso.

· Se a temperatura do ferro estiver muito alta, a linha ou o tecido pode derreter.
