Precautions
- Avoid dropping this product from a height, as it contains precision electronic components that may sustain irreparable damage from a fall.
- Do not expose the product to water or immerse it to protect the internal precision electronic components from damage.
- Avoid using or storing the product in high temperature, humid, or extreme temperature conditions to maintain device performance.
- Do not touch the print head after use to prevent burns.
- Unplug the power supply if the device is not being used for an extended period.
- If any abnormalities that may cause damage to the printer are detected, immediately stop using the device to prevent electric shock or fire.
- Ensure the product is placed in a safe location out of the reach of children to prevent accidental injury or damage.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify this product yourself to avoid safety incidents or equipment damage.
- Please read all operating instructions carefully before using this product to ensure safety and correct operation. The appearance of the product is subject to the actual product received. Technical or software updates are subject to change without notice.
- Cleaning recommendation: Ensure the printer is powered off and has cooled down before cleaning. Open the printer cover and gently wipe the thermal print head with a printer head cleaning wipe. Do not use water or other liquids for cleaning.

How to Use
Please follow the instructions below to connect the device to the computer.
Note:
Each time before plugging the power cord into the power port, you must turn off the switch first, otherwise it may cause sparks!
Power On
Turn on the power and wait for about 5 seconds until the printer initializes.
Load Paper
Note: Load at least four continuous labels of thermal paper into the printer.
After loading the paper, close the cover and press the feed button until you hear a beep. The printer will then automatically recognize the paper.
Note: It is recommended to adjust the label guide to match the width of the label before pushing in the labels.
Driver Installation on Windows, Mac & Chromebook
Before installing the driver, ensure the printer is powered on and the USB
cable is connected to the computer. Scan the QR code below to download the
driver and watch the installation video or tutorial.

Scan the QR code below to download the app or search for FlashLabel in the App Store or Google Play to download.

Printing with the APP
Open the “Flash Label” app, then click in the upper right corner to pair the device wirelessly.
(Different printers have different device names for easy identification.)
Note:Android users need to enter “0000” for Bluetooth pairing in settings before connecting to the printer. (Settings > Bluetooth > Select Printer > Pair)
Load files for printing (PDFs, photos, and custom labels can all be printed).
