Getting Started

  1. Connect the Vehicle Control Interface [VCI] to the vehicle’s OBDII port.

  2. Open the system settings on your mobile device and tap on Bluetooth. Look for a device with a name that matches the S/N on your GWSMARTBT. Tap on it to pair with the device.

  3. Start the GWSMARTBT app and enter the serial number (S/N] of your device, the activation code from your Product Identification Information card, and your preferred username, email address, and password. After entering this information, hit the ‘Activation’ button to finalize your device’s registration.

  4. Navigate to the ‘More’ section within the GWSMARTBT app, select ‘Settings’, then ‘Bluetooth’. Locate the device you’ve recently paired; it will be indicated by a blue light, signaling a successful connection. Once this is confirmed, you’re all set for diagnostics.
