Restoration: Fire Damage

Cleaning up fire damage starts with a simple program. Ask us about a custom program that will meet your individual needs.
Here’s our baseline recommendation.

1. Cleaner & Degreaser: Power Kleen
   Restoration after a fire can involve oily residues and grease from extinguisher foam or moisture. Power Kleen is an effective chemical that can be sprayed on most hard surfaces to remove soils quickly without leaving behind harsh fumes.

   • Dilute in cold water at a rate of 1:5
   • Available in 750 mL & 5 L.

2. Disinfectant: UniTab
   UniTab is proven effective against a number of different microorganisms that can result in mold spores in damp environments. This compact tablet is perfect in areas that require intense disinfection against bacterial growth. DIN:

3. • Dilute 2 tablets per 1 L of water for disinfection.
   • Dilute 1 tablet per 20 L of water for sanitizing.

4. Disinfectant & Deodorizer: Oxy-Q
   A building that has experienced a fire in the vicinity can have unwanted films that produce foul smells and bacteria. Oxy-Q uses hydrogen peroxide to create a complete cleaning solution that can tackle contaminated buildup and leave behind a fresh scent. UL ECOLOGO® Certified. DIN: 02457148.

   • Dilute in cold water at a rate of 1:80
   • Available in 4 L.

5. DB24
   An industrial wet/dry vacuum for all your heavy-duty messes. The DB24 is built with a tough tank for aggressive movements and powerful cleanup. Boasts an integrated drainpipe for efficient disposal after use. Made of up to 75% recycled plastic.

6. Graffiti Remover: Doodle Buster
   Effectively removes paint over spray, markers, ink and graffiti on cement, brick, metal lockers, and other hard surfaces. UL ECOLOGO® Certified.

   • Available in 1 L (RTU).

3. Odour Control: Bio-Bac II
   Moisture caused by flooding can produce foul “musty” smells in damp areas. Bio-Bac II cuts through organic soils on hard surfaces and even in carpets that can soak up water and cause odours. UL ECOLOGO® Certified.

   • Dilute in cold water at a rate of 1:120
   • Available in 4 L.

4. Floor and Carpet Cleaning: Oxy-Q
   Floors are one of the dirtiest surfaces after experiencing a flood, as they are magnets for dirt on the bottoms of shoes during the cleanup process. Oxy-Q works as an excellent floor cleaner as it disinfects the surface while cleaning it. DIN: 02457148.

   • Dilute in cold water at a rate of 1:160
   • Available in 4 L.
