Hurricane Mini
The Hurricane Mini is a compact and powerful floor scrubber that provides efficient cleaning for small areas. It is equipped with a solution tank, a dirty water tank, a brush motor, and a vacuum motor. The machine also features an ECO mode that reduces power consumption by 20%.
Product Usage Instructions
Before using the Hurricane Mini, read the user maintenance manual contained in the machine’s packaging and follow all the instructions.
Preparation and Operation
- Add water and detergent to the solution tank.
- Power on.
- Pull up on the lever to adjust the angle of the handle.
- Pull the squeegee lever to lower.
- Press once to turn the brush motor, or vacuum motor ON or OFF.
- Press and hold the brush or Vacuum button for 3 sec. to turn ECO mode ON or OFF. When ECO mode is activated, the Brush and Vacuum light will flash continuously.
- Turn the valve manually to adjust the water level.
- Press once to turn the water ON or OFF.
- Pull the lever to activate the scrubber.
Daily Maintenance
Clean the dirty water tank. Check that the float is undamaged
and clean. Make sure brushes/drive pads are clean and not worn out.
Replace if necessary. Check the outlet filter and remove debris.
To Charge Batteries
Plug in On Board charger to charge batteries if equipped. Never stop charging until the cycle is complete (green light).
Battery Charger On Board
Make sure the squeegee is clean and the blades are not worn. Position the
brush underneath the head, in the center (single brush scrubber), or on both
sides (double brush scrubber), and switch the machine on. Rest the brush on
the floor in front of the machine. Raise the front of the machine by levering
on the handle, then lower it onto the brush, centering it with the brush
cover. Action the drive lever repeatedly until the brush is in contact with
the floor. Make sure all the functions are deactivated (suction motor and
brushes). Unscrew the wing nuts fixing the blade retainer. Remove the blade
retainer. Remove the blade. Put the same blade back, reversing the edge in
contact with the floor, or replace it with a new one. Reposition the blade
retainer and fix the wing nuts back

DAILY MAINTENANCE
- Clean the dirty water tank.
- Make sure the dirty water tank float is undamaged and clean and moves freely on the pin.
- Make sure the detergent outlet filter is clean and free of debris.
- Make sure the brushes/drive pad are clean and not worn out. Replace if necessary.
- Make sure the squeegee is clean and the blades are not worn.
TO CHARGE BATTERIES
- Plug in On Board charger to charge batteries if equipped.
- NOTE: Never stop charge until cycle is complete (green light).
REPLACING THE SQUEEGEE BLADES
- Unscrew the wing nuts fixing the blade retainer.
- Remove the blade retainer.
- Remove the blade.
- Put the same blade back, reversing the edge in contact with the floor, or replace it with a new one.
- Reposition the blade retainer and fix the wing nuts back.
ATTACHING/REMOVING THE BRUSHES
- Position the brush underneath the head, in the center (single-brush floor scrubber), position the brushes underneath the head on both sides (double brush scrubber), and switch the machine on.
- Press the ON-OFF switch, once after starting the machine releases the brush attachment. The button is only enabled when all the functions are deactivated (suction motor and brushes).
