Product Introduction

Part name and accessories

Notice:
The yellow rubber plug is an optional accessory, which can be plugged into the ventilation hole at the rear side of the barrel to improve the urine leakage problem caused by some cats urinating. Users can disassemble it according to your needs.

Placement and Power on

Placement

1. Please place the lit ter box on a hard and flat ground and ensure that all four feet can contact the ground.
2.  Please ensure that sufficient space is reserved: height ≥ 70cm, depth ≥ 80cm.
3.  If you need to move the lit ter box, please disconnect the power supply first, and move it as a whole  through the clasp under the host. Do not lift or move the barrel.

Notice:

1. Do not place the litter box in the environment of high temperature, high humidity and direct sunlight to avoid reducing the service life of electrical components and plastic parts.
2.  Do not place the litter box on the soft and uneven ground to avoid affecting the normal operation of the gravity sensors.
3.  Do not place any foot of the litter box on the cat litter mat to avoid affecting the normal operation of the gravity sensors.
4.  Do not drag or heavily put the litter box to avoid damaging it.
5.  If infrared sensor is turned on, infrared may be frequently triggered when there is a shelter or a highly reflective floor (bright tiles, glass) 30cm from the front of the litter box. Users can choose to turn off infrared sensor or place the litter box in another location.
6.  If the cat litter mat is required, it is recommended that the thickness of the cat litter mat is not more than 3cm.

Power On & Self Test

1.  Power on: Please use the original adapter to power the lit ter box, and ensure that the voltage of the socket is stable and the power supply is good.
2.  Self Test: the lit ter box will complete self test within 6 minutes. After the self-test, the Auto mode will be turned on by default, and the Auto lamp will be on. The lit ter box can start working normally.

Notice:

1. Do not move the litter box when it is powered on. Lifting the litter box for more than 5 seconds will trigger the gravity protection lock (all actions of cleaning and replacing litter will be not executed). It is necessary to actively perform leveling litter or wait for 30 minutes to automatically perform a reset calibration, then resume normal work.
2.  The user can choose to use the litter box without infrared sensor. In this mode, the gravity sensors take effect normally, and the litter box is designed with the structure of no-clamp cat, which can be used safely.
3.  During the Self-test, the fault lamp is on, indicating that the self test is unsuccessful. Please check the installation of the barrel after power off, and then power on and self test again.

Add litter

1. Please add a proper amount of lit ter from the entrance according to the marking line in the barrel.
   ① The amount of lit ter added shall not exceed the MA X line marked on the gray soft par t in the barrel, so as to avoid excessive lit ter filtering and lit ter spilling.
   ② It is suggested that the daily use of lit ter should be maintained on the MIN line, which can effectively reduce the adhesion of lit ter to the bot tom.

2. Leveling: It is necessary to press“Remove odor” for 2 seconds after adding lit ter (≥ 0.6kg). Smooth lit ter, and then carry out the subsequent actions.

3. Sand surface calibration: due to the difference of fluidit y of different lit ter, such as lit ter surface inclination, it can  be adjusted through APP:
   ① Open the APP, enter the set ting page, and click“Sand surface calibration”.
   ② The default value of sand surface calibration is 3, which can be adjusted from 0 to 6. Facing the lit ter box, if the right side of the lit ter surface is low, the value can be increased; If the left side of the lit ter surface is low, the value can be reduced.
   ③ After increasing or decreasing the value by 1 point, press“Remove odor”for 2 seconds to level the lit ter once and observe whether the lit ter surface is horizontal.

Notice:

1. For the first use, it can be mixed with old litter to help cats adapt to the new litter box.
2.  It is recommended that the Tofu litter and mixed litter should not exceed 3kg, the mineral litter should not exceed 4.5kg, and the amount of other litter should be between the two.
3.  After adding litter, if the litter is not smoothed, the litter box will enter the gravity protection lock (all actions of cleaning and replacing litter will be not executed). It is necessary to actively perform leveling litter or wait for 30 minutes to automatically perform a reset calibration, then resume normal work.

Connecting APP

1. Download“tuya”APP and install it by search it in the App store.
2. Confirm that the phone is connected to 2.4G WIFI, then turn on Bluetooth and Location.
3. pen the“Tuya”APP, click“add device”.
4. Press“ Auto” for 2 seconds, WIFI lamp begins to flash, the lit ter box is connecting APP.
5. Enter APP after connected.

Method 1: You can scan the above icon with your mobile phone Method 2: You can download “tuya” App and install it by search it in the App store.
If the APP cannot be connected, check as follow:

1. Check whether the mobile phone is connected to the 5G network. If so, please change it to the 2.4GHz network.
2.  Please ensure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.
3. Whether the WIFI lamp on the panel flashes during the connecting APP.
4.  Please refer to other wireless devices at home to check whether the WIFI network at home is in an abnormal state or shutQ down.
5.  Please check whether the correct WIFI network is selected and the password is correct.
6.  If the network environment where the litter box is located is poor, the litter box can be moved to the location with good network signal for connecting APP. After the connecting APP is successful, the litter box can be moved to the location where it needs to be placed.
7.  Please check whether the router is connected to too many wireless devices, resulting in IP address conflicts.

Main Function

Auto clean

1. Click“Auto” , the“Auto”lamp will light up, and the Auto clean mode will be turned on. The lit ter box will automatically carry out Auto clean after the cat goes to the toilet. Click again, the Auto lamp will be dark and the Auto clean mode will be turned off.
2. The default waiting time for clean is 3 minutes, and the interval between t wo clean is 15 minutes.
   Users can change the time set tings by yourselves through the APP.
   ① The waiting time for clean can be adjusted from 0 to 60min. Increasing the waiting time can help the lit ter to agglomerate bet ter; Reduce the waiting time, clean up as soon as possible, and reduce the smell emission.
   ② The interval between two clean can be adjusted from 0 to 120min. For multi cat families, the interval between two clean can be increased to avoid frequent cleaning.

Notice:
If you have kittens under 1kg and pregnant cats, click“Clean”by hands according to the actual use. Don’t use Auto clean mode.

1. In the Auto clean mode, if the cat weighing more than 1Kg enters the barrel for more than 10 seconds, the litter box will judge that the cat has gone to the toilet. After the waiting time is over, the litter box will start to clean automatically.
2.  After power on and self-test, the Auto clean mode is turned on by default, the waiting time for clean and the interval between two clean restore to the original default value.
3. The litter box can not be stopped during cleaning. The touch panel and APP operation keys are locked, and other programs can not be executed.

Timing clean
Set Timing clean through APP. The user can set the star t time and cycle time of Timing clean as required.
If you have kittens under 1kg and pregnant cats, click“Clean”by hands according to the actual use. Don’t use Timing clean mode.
Clean
Click“Clean”   ,“Clean”lamp lights up, the lit ter box shall be cleaned once immediately.
Before click “Clean”, please ensure that the cat is not in the barrel. The litter box will calibrate the weight before cleaning. If the cat is in the barrel, the gravity protection will not be triggered.
Notice:

1. In the process of cleaning, cats enter the barrel, gravity protection is triggered normally, and the litter box stops running.
2.  The litter box shall not be stopped during cleaning, and the touch panel and APP operation keys shall be locked, and other programs shall not be executed.

Remove odor
Remove odor: click“Remove odor” , the“Remove odor”lamp will flash, and star t to remove odor.
The time of Remove odor is 30 minutes. During execution, click again to close it.
Timing Remove odor: set the Timing Remove odor through the APP. The user can set the star t time and cycle time of Timing Remove odor according to requirements.
Notice:

1. After cleaning each time, Remove odor will be followed once by default.
2.  During removing odor, it can be stopped by leveling or cleaning, after that, continue to remove odor.
3. The cat litter box uses Ion Purification module to remove odor. During odor purification, a small amount of O₃ meeting safety standards will be produced.

Do not disturb
“Do not disturb”mode set ting through APP. Users can set the time period and cycle time according to your needs. After“Do not disturb”is turned on, the display and control panel lamp will be dark and Auto clean will be turned off.
Notice:

1. When“Do not disturb”mode is turned on, if the litter box is cleaning, it will finish cleaning, then entering“Do not disturb”mode.
2.  During“Do not disturb”mode, if Timing clean and Timing Remove odor are set, which will be executed first, and then continue to enter“Do not disturb”mode.
3. Any action of touching the key on the panel will end the“Do not disturb”state in this period in advance, and“Do not disturb”setting n the next cycle will be carried out normally.
4.  The child lock can be opened to prevent accidental touch of the panel to close“Do ot disturb”.

If you want to close “Do not disturb”, you need to close the child lock first.
Child lock
Press“Auto” and“Remove odor” for 2 seconds, the child lock is opened , and other keys on the panel are locked. The lit ter box can still work normally according to the set program. Press again to close the child lock. The child lock can also be opened or closed through APP. Opening the child lock does not affect the APP operation.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Full prompt

1. When there is a lot of garbage in the waste bin, the Full lamp will lights up to remind the user to change the garbage bag.
2.  If the Full lamp lights up, but there is still a lot of space in the waste bin, you can calibrate the Full of waste bin in the APP set tings page. The adjustment method is as follows:
   ① Adjustment range of different lit ter t ypes: Tofu lit ter and mixed lit ter 0-7, bentonite lit ter 5-10, mineral  lit ter 8-15.
   ② Within the range of adjustment, the smaller the value is, the smaller the weight of Full prompt is, and the earlier the Full lamp will light up; The greater the value is, the greater the weight of Full prompt is, and the later the Full lamp will light up. If the range is exceeded, it will cause a Full prompt when there is more space left or no Full prompt when there is insufficient space.

Notice:
The Full prompt is only a reference prompt, indicating that the space in waste bin is insufficient, and the user is recommended to replace the garbage bag in time.However, the litter box can still work normally.
Replace garbage bags

1. Press“Clean” for 2 seconds, adjust the waste bin to the bag changing angle, and take out the used garbage bag.
2.   The lit ter box stays at the bag changing angle for 60 seconds, then it will return automatically. If  replacing new garbage bag is not completed within 60 seconds, it can operate again after the lit ter box returns to its original position.
3. The drawstring hole of the new garbage bag is aligned with the tie-up pile, and the lower edge of the bag opening is clamped under the located clip.
4. Wrap the new garbage bag mouth around the door frame of the waste bin, and pull out the drawstring.
5. Press the drawstring into the tie-up pile, tighten and wind it.
6. Tidy up the back of the garbage bag to prevent it from being caught by the cover of the waste bin. Close the waste bin and confirm that the buckle is fastened.

Notice:
Before running, please ensure that the waste bin is closed and fastened.

1. After replacing the new garbage bag, make sure that the door of the waste bin is not blocked and can be opened and closed normally.
2.  In order to ensure the environment is clean and the pet is healthy, it is recommended to replace the garbage bag in time according to the number of cats and the ambient temperature. It is recommended that it should not exceed 3 days in summer and 7 days in winter.

Replace litter

1. Please replace a new garbage bag before empt ying the rest lit ter.
2.  Press“Replace lit ter” for 2 seconds, the“Replace lit ter”lamp flashes, the lit ter box star ts to change lit ter. The lit ter box will collect all the rest lit ter in the barrel into the garbage bag, which is convenient for cleaning and moving he barrel.
3.  After replacing lit ter, open the waste bin and take out the garbage bag.

Notice:

1. It is recommended to replace the litter after the litter is lower than the MIN line.
2.  If there is still litter left in barrel after the litter change, execute“Replace litter”again.
3.  In the process of litter change, you can click“Replace litter”again to cancel the litter change, the“Replace litter”lamp will go out, and the cat litter box will return to the correct position by itself.
4.  During Remove odor, it is not allowed to replace litter. It is required to turn off the“Remove odor”before replacing litter.

Cleaning and Installation

1. Empt y the barrel and waste bin.

2. Disconnect the power supply, open the buckle of the barrel, and lif t the barrel.

3. Cleaning:
   ① The barrel can be washed with water.
   ② There are electrical components in the bot tom of the host. It is forbidden to wash the base with water. You can use a wet rag to wipe it.

4. Installation：
   ① After cleaning, dry/wipe the components.
   ② Install the barrel, put the rotating shaft of the barrel into the fixed slot, close the buckle, and confirm that the waste bin is closed well.
   ③ Power on, wait until the self test is completed, and the“Auto”lamp lights up .
   ④ Replace garbage bags (see page 15th of“Replace garbage bags”for details), and add lit ter (see page 07th of“Add lit ter”for details).

Notice:

1. In order to ensure the environment is clean and pet is healthy, it is recommended to clean the litter box in time according to the use situation and ambient temperature.
2.  If you remove the yellow rubber plug for cleaning, remember to replace it after cleaning.
3.  Please do not remove the filter and gray soft part in the barrel for cleaning to avoid damage.
