Instructions for Using

1. Insert the hot melt glue stick with a diameter of .-.mm into the glue inlet.
2. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to start heating. Wait until the indicator light turns green.
3. Squeeze the trigger to dispense the glue and start bonding work.
4. To power off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds and let it cool down before storing.

Performance Features

This product uses a ceramic PTC heating core as the heating element. It has the characteristics of fast heating speed and automatic constant temperature. When the temperature of the glue gun reaches the preset temperature, the temperature will be maintained within a certain range and will not continue to rise. This feature effectively prevents damage to the glue gun caused by overheating of the heating element, thus extending the service life of the glue gun.

Instructions for Using

1. Insert the hot melt glue stick with a diameter of 6.8 – 7.2 mm into the glue inlet and push it into the barrel.
2. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The battery indicator light will rapidly flash , indicating that the glue gun is heating up. Wait for 30 seconds until the battery indicator light turns green and stays on steadily, indicating that the heating is complete. Then lightly press the trigger to allow the melted glue to flow out, and you can start your bonding work.
3. After finishing your work, do not pull out the glue stick from the glue inlet. Simply power off the glue gun, and it will be ready for normal use when powered on next time.
4. When you stop using the glue gun, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it off. Let it cool down before storing it.

Precautions to Note

1. During initial use, there may be slight smoke from the heating element, which will disappear automatically after ten minutes.

2. Do not forcefully dispense glue if the preheating time is insufficient.

3. After plugging in the power, the glue gun will enter standby mode and automatically power off after five minutes of inactivity.

4. Indicator lights: the green light flashes when turning on, and after 30 seconds, it stays green light.during charging, its red light, when flashing green light can be used. the indicator light goes out when battery is low power.

5. Power protection: If the glue gun is no operate for five minutes after powering on, it will automatically power off. All lights will turn off, and it will only restart when the power button
   is pressed for two seconds.

6. Charging function: The glue gun has a Type-C charging port with a 5V input and a charging current of 2A. Charging stops when the battery is fully charged. It can be used during charging.

7. The glue gun should not be used in direct cold airflow as it reduces work efficiency and waste energy.

8. The glue gun should not be used in high-temperature environments as it may affect normal operation or cause malfunctions.

9. The glue gun is not suitable for bonding heavy objects or objects that require strong adhesion.

10. The quality of the glue sticks directly affects the functionality of the hot glue gun and the quality of the bonded items.
