The FT5DR/FT5DE is a radio device manufactured by Yaesu for

Refer to the Firmware Update Instruction Manual in each ZIP file.
The latest versions are listed below with the release dates. MAIN Firmware
Version 1.13 (8/19/24) SUB Firmware Version 1.02 (8/19/24)
Currently we have two different destination versions of the FT5DR/FT5DE: USA
(DST: USA/AUS), EXP (DST: EU/EXP).
*The firmware version for Japan is different from USA/AUS and EXP versions. Please check the latest firmware of the Japanese version on the Japan WEB site: http://www.yaesu.com/jp/amateur_index/product/ft5d/firmware.html
Please open the Update Instruction Manual FT5DR/DE MAIN/SUB Update Instruction
Manual (2408-C) and review the information before starting the update
firmware. Download the zip file

transceiver before starting the update. Writing incorrect firmware to the
transceiver may cause abnormal operation or failure. FT5DR/FT5DE MAIN Ver 1.13
/ SUB Ver 1.02 (2024/08) · Changed the display frequency (up to 100kHz) during
VFO/PMS scan. · Other functions have been improved and optimized.
If you already have Main v1.13 / SUB Ver 1.02 firmware versions, it is not
necessary to update the FT5DR/FT5DE again. We hope this new firmware will
