• Further Treatment: Polish after specified drying times and cooling

Product Usage Instructions

Pre-treatment:
Apply on a clean and dust-free FINISHX basecoat. Refer to TDS of basecoat for other substrate preparation.

Mixing Instructions:
Mix FC-1000 Clear with the specified volumes of activators according to the provided ratios.

Spray Application:
Apply 1 thin coat followed by 1 wet coat. Allow specified flash-off and drying times between coats.

Drying Process:
Utilize IR drying after achieving a dust-free state for optimal results. Follow the specified short and medium wave durations at appropriate distances.

Further Treatment:
Polish the surface after the recommended drying times and cooling period.

Pre-treatment

FINISHX ULTIMATE CLEAR COAT 4:1 Clearcoat is suitable to be applied on top of a clean and dust-free FINISHX basecoat. See TDS of basecoat for other preparation of substrate.

  Mix well and strain before application.
  Note:

  • FC1010 is for temperature below 65°F
  • FC1020 is for temperature between 70°F-90°F
  • FC1030 is for temperatures above 85°F

• Spray Viscosity Potlife

  • 16 to 1 seconds DIN 4 cup at 77°F
  • 1-2 hours at 77°F

  • HVLP gravity-feed spraygun
  • 1.2 – 1.3mm
  • 1.5 – 2.0 bar
  • 10 –15 cm
  • Compliant gravity-feed spraygun
