Product Information

XC4055 Quad Output Demo Setup
The XC4055 is a product designed to provide a quad output demo setup. It allows users to connect up to four HDMI screens and display a single video or HTML content across all screens. The product comes with an AirButton panel that can be connected via USB to control the lighting and switch between videos or HTML content using zone messaging. The XC4055 also supports a single player for video wall and dashboard applications, allowing users to create a streamlined workflow and save costs by paying for only one CMS player license, even though it is driving four screens.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the AirButton panel via USB to the XC4055.
  2. Connect the HDMI cables to each screen as shown in the connection diagram.
  3. Make sure the SD card is well seated in the card slot.
  4. Apply power to the XC4055.
  5. To switch from one video to another video or from video to HTML using zone messaging, use the AirButton and its lighting controls.
  6. For a touchless experience, the AirButton and its lighting are controlled by XC4055 via serial over USB commands.
  7. To display a single video seamlessly divided and distributed across four HDMI outputs, use the 4-screen video wall feature.
  8. To display elite HTML performance with Full Open GL support, use the 4 independent dashboards feature.
  9. To display a single video seamlessly divided across three of the HDMI outputs and a separate presentation on the fourth HDMI output, use the 3-screen video wall and individual demo feature.
  10. For video wall and dashboard applications, use the single player feature.

Demo Setup Instructions

  1. Connect the AirButton panel via USB to XC4055
  2. Connect the HDMI cables to each screen as shown
  3. Make sure the SD card is well seated in the card slot
  4. Apply power to the XC5

XC5 Quad Output Demo Operation

  • AirButton: Wave your hand about 1-2 inches above the touchless button to trigger each of the 3 visualizations and lighting.
  • XC4055: the player is controlling the playback of 3 sets of different content layouts and zones. Based on the AirButton triggers, XC5 will switch from one video to another video or from video to HTML using zone messaging. The AirButton & its lighting are controlled by XC5 via serial over USB commands for a touchless experience
