Smart Lock User Manual

Special Attention:

  1. Please keep override keys out side of premises just in case you need to use them. (lock also has a power bank override on the front panel in case locks are inside)
  2. Please replace batteries immediately once receiving any notification via lock or app.
  3. Read this manual carefully before installation, and keep it for future reference.

3.1 Installation Diagram

3.2 Turn the handle
Notice: The arrow must point to the same direction as the changed direction of the handle. Remember to adjust the direction of the arrow after turning the handle.

System Reset
Open the cover of the battery. Then hold the “Reset” button as shown on the image for 5s. After that press “000#” on the touch pad to complete the system reset.

5.1 Connect the Auslock to the phone

  1. For Android Devices please scan the left QR code above..
  2. For Apple Devices please scan the right QR code above.
  3. You can also download the AUSLOCK APP in the APP store or Google play.
  4. Register a new account using your phone number/email or login with an existing account.
  5. Touch the locks screen to light up the buttons then on the App click “+ Add Lock”.
  6. Once the lock nearby appears on the phone screen click “+”.
  7. Re-name the lock as you want.
  8. The lock is added successfully.

5.2 User Management
5.2.1 Bluetooth management
– After you have connected the app to the smart lock please click on the “ ” icon as shown in figure 2 – 1 to unlock the door.
– Please make sure that the device which the lock is connected to is at least within 15m of range to the smart lock.
5.2.2 Remote control management (Wi-Fi Option)
Once confirming that your device and Smart lock are connected to the gateway click the icon as shown in figure 2-1 to unlock. The smart lock can be unlocked and controlled remotely from any destination in the globe as long as a network connection is available.
(To set up the gateway please refer to step 5.3)
Note: Please make sure in the settings of the smart lock the “Unlock Remotely” is turned on otherwise if it is not turned on then the symbol shown above will not appear.
5.2.3 e-Key management
Click on the “ ” icon as shown in figure 2-1 so you can send the eKey to other users of the AUSLOCK APP. You can authorize the amount of control the user has ( the receiver must already have a account set up)→ Enter the recipient’s email/number that they used to register the AUSLOCK account then set the name and time of the eKey as shown in figure 2-2→Send→The recipient can now unlock via Bluetooth.

5.2.4 The Admin Passcode management
Click the “ ” icon as shown in figure 2-1→ See Basic → Admin Pass code as shown in figure 2-3→ input the Pass code on the keypad of the lock then press “#” to unlock.

5.2.5 Passcode management
Click on the “ ” icon as shown in figure 2-1→ figure 2-4 You can set the effective time and the number of passwords → Generate password → Input password to unlock.

5.2.6 Unlock records
Click “ “as shown in figure 2-1→ you can view your unlock records as shown in figure 2-5.
5.2.7 Fingerprint management (for S31B)
Click “ ” as shown in finger 2-1→Select either permanent or timed → Set the name→ Place your finger on the sensor 4 times as instructed → Add fingerprint ok → Place your fingerprint on the sensor to unlock.
5.2.8 IC Cards management
Click “ ” as shown in figure 2-1→Click “ “→Add IC Cards as figure 2-6

5.3 Add Gateway(Option)
