Product Usage Instructions

Installing the Lock

1. Add the lock to the AUSLOCK App:
   You should add the lock to the AUSLOCK App by following these steps:

   • For Android mobile phone users:
   • Scan the left QR code from the AUSLOCK website (www.auslock.net)
   • Download and install the AUSLOCK App from the Google Play Store
   • Create a new account or log in with an existing account
   • On the App, touch the lock screen to light up the buttons
   • Click on the “+” button to add a new lock
   • The nearby lock will appear on the phone screen, click on the “+” button to add it
   • Rename the lock for easy identification
   • The lock is now successfully added to the App
   • For Apple mobile phone users:
   • Scan the right QR code from the AUSLOCK website (www.auslock.net)
   • Download and install the AUSLOCK App from the App Store
   • Create a new account or log in with an existing account
   • Follow the same steps as mentioned for Android users from step downwards

2. Connect the Gateway:
   To able remote access to the lock, you need to connect the Gateway to your home network. Please refer to the Gateway user manual for detailed instructions.

3. Connect Alexa to your phone:
   To control the lock using voice commands through Alexa, follow these steps:

4. Say “Alexa, unlock Home!” to unlock the lock

5. Say “Alexa, lock Home!” to lock the lock

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. How do I reset the lock?
   To reset the lock, please follow the instructions provided in the product user manual.

2. Can I use multiple locks with one AUSLOCK App?
   Yes, you can add multiple locks to the AUSLOCK App by following the steps mentioned in section 1-1.

3. Can I control the lock remotely?
   Yes, you can control the lock remotely by connecting the Gateway to your home network and using the AUSLOCK App.

4. Is the lock compatible with both Android and Apple mobile phones?
   Yes, the lock is compatible with both Android and Apple mobile phones. Please refer to section 1-2 for Android users and section 1-3 for Apple users.

NOTICE:

1. You should add lock to the AUSLOCK APP;
2. You should connect the Gateway;
3. You should connect the Alexa to your phone.

Pair Your Lock

Download and Register

1. Android mobile phone, please scan the left QR code as above
2. Apple mobile phone, please scan the right QR code as above
3. You can also search for AUSLOCK in the APP store or Google play for download
4. Register a new account (phone number or email) or login with an existing account.
5. Touch the locks screen to light up the buttons, on App click “+ Add Lock”
6. The lock nearby will appear on the phone screen, Click “+”
7. Re name the lock
8. The lock is added successful
   

Pair Your Gateway

Notice: If times out, please power off and try it again.

Download and Sign up of Amazon Alexa

1. Search directly in the APP store
2. Sign up (you can log in directly if you already have an account with Alexa)

 Enable Alexa Skill: ScienerSmart

1. Choose the “Skills & Games” option to get into the skill store

2. Input the “ScienerSmart” in the search bar

3. Click ScienerSmart in the search result and click “ENABLE TO USE”

4. Input your science account for authorization

5. When the authorization is complete, return to the Amazon
   Alexa APP to click the “Discover device” or cancel

6. If you choose discover device you can find nearby devices and add it. If the search fails, you don’t need to worry. If you choose cancel please do the following:

7. Add lock to Alexa

8. When the configuration is complete, please click the “HOME” door lock you just added click the three-point icon in the upper right corner, add click the “unlock by voice” button to enter the configuration page.

9. Set the voice confirmation code and then verify the account. Then the function of “Unlock by voice” will be automatically enable and the configuration is finished! You can start use it!
   For example: Say to Alexa :Alexa, unlock Home!
