Product Usage Instructions

Lock Installation Steps:

Step 1: Install Mortise

Adjust the handle according to the direction you open the door.

Step 2: Install Sliding Screw Casing and Fixed Fro nt Panel

The screw casing place is adjustable from 55mm to 100mm far from the square shaft. Depending on the location of the hole-drilling or the old door hole.

Step 3: Connect Front and Back Panels

Keep arrow direction always upward as shown in the image.

Step 4: Install Back Panel

Step 5: Install the Battery

System Initialization:

To initialize the system, open the cover plate of the back panel, then long press the Reset button on the back panel for 5 seconds, press 000#, and the initialization is complete.

Registration Instructions:

Connect Lock to the Phone:

1. For Android Devices, scan the left QR code above. For Apple Devices, scan the right QR code above.
2. You can also search for AUSLOCK in the App Store or Google Play for download.
3. Register a new account (phone number or email) or login with an existing account.
4. Touch the lock screen to light up the buttons, on the App click + Add Lock.
5. The lock nearby will appear on the phone screen, Click +.
6. Re-name the lock.
7. The lock is added successfully.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I change the batteries in the smart lock?

A: When notified by a low wattage alarm, follow these steps to change the batteries: – Open the back panel cover. – Remove the old batteries. – Insert new batteries following the correct polarity. – Close the back panel cover.

Q: What should I do if my mechanical keys get locked in the door?

A: It is recommended to keep mechanical keys outdoor as a backup in case they get locked inside. In case of emergency, contact customer support for assistance.

Q: How can I reset the smart lock system?

A: To reset the system, open the cover plate of the back panel, then long press the Reset button on the back panel for 5 seconds, press 000#, and the initialization is complete.

Special Attention

1. Please keep mechanical keys outdoor, just in case keys lock in doors.
2. Please change the batteries when notified by low wattage alarm.

User Management

Bluetooth management
After mobile phone and door lock connected, Click as shown in figure2-1 to unlock. (Make sure the connected device is within 5 meters from the Smart lock)

Remote control management (Wi-Fi Option)
After confirming that your device and door lock are connected to the gateway, Click as shown in figure 2-1 to unlock. The lock can be unlocked and controlled remotely from any destination in the globe as long as a network connection is available. (How to set up the gateway to connect to your phone refer to step 5.3) Please make sure in the lock settings the “Unlock Remotely” is on, or else the symbol shown above will not appear.

e-Key management

Click on the  as shown in figure 2-1,you can send the eKey to other users of AUSLOCK APP to authorize Control （the receiver must download the APP and register an account ）→ Enter recipient’s account of AUSLOCK, set the name and effective time of the eKey as shown in figure 2-2→Send→The recipient’s account has Bluetooth unlock permission.

The Admin password management

Click as shown in figure 2-1→ See Basic → Admin Passcode as shown in figure 2-3→input Passcode on the keypad of lock → “#”to unlock.

Dynamic password management

Click “ “as shown in figure 2-1→ figure 2-4 You can set the effective time and effective number of passwords→ Generate password→ Input password to unlock.

Unlock records

Click as shown in figure 2-1→ you can query your unlock record as shown in figure 2-5.

Fingerprint management (for G11B and H31B)

Click as shown in finger 2-1→Click →Add Fingerprint→set the name and effective time of the fingerprint→Start→Place your finger on the sensor follow the instructions→ Add fingerprint OK→Place your fingerprint on the sensor to unlock.

IC Cards management

Click as shown in figure 2-1→Click →Add IC Cards as figure 2-6
